We had $400 in food product shipped from Wisconsin to Lake havasu, it gets damaged, and somehow disappears and no one knows where it is. A day after it was supposed to be delivered, we find out about this. For that much money I would have driven to Phoenix to get it, but instead their workers distributed amongst themselves. If I could rate it minus 5 I would.

We missed the first delivery attempt. Carved out my afternoon for the next day delivery 4hr window. No delivery. Called CS they had record that a second attempt was made at 2:23pm. I was in my garage with garage door opened since 2pm, the driver never stopped to deliver. He/she lied. Maybe because its Friday and want to cut day short.?? CS sucks. CAN YOU SAY UPS?

The only reason Im writing this review is because I have read a lot of negative reviews complaining about drivers. As you should know the drivers are not only contracted out (not directly employed by FedEx) but are under FedEx Freight, not Ground. In other words, the hubs service has next too nothing to do with the drivers performance.

This location is horrible. They have drivers that are incompetent and drop off a childs Christmas present to a complete strangers house when a person isnt home. All I can say is It better be replaced and they need to train the drivers better

Im a trailer loader at FedEx ground. Its not a bad, terrible job, as long as there are not a million packages to load in one second. I get raise every month which is good.
