Great location, not so great customer service. I spend lots of money sending + receiving packages threw usps. MANY of the boxes I receive in the mail are crushed & dirty or come a day later than expected which is unacceptable because we pay $13 for you to simply deliver a box its not that hard. Multiple times I have arrived 1-3 mins late with packages labeled & ready to go and have been told they cant take my package lol. Ridiculous! Ive never had that problem at any other location, other branches are happy to take the package and wish me a great day, now THATS great customer service. these employees always look mad and its makes me uncomfortable just being there I just drop my package off and run. They take so long to scan and send packages out also its crazy. I would go to another branch but the next closest one to me is 25 mins away. Very sad

Went in a few minutes after close. One of my already labeled packages (ready to go) would not fit in their tiny drop box. I could see and hear the lady in the office Saturday at close and told her it would not fit - it was labeled and ready to go. She said they do not accept packages after close labeled or not. Over many many years of shipping USPS at many locations and every now and again being a few minutes late, I have never had anyone say to come back when they are open (This was on Saturday which meant a Monday drop off). Very disappointed in the poor customer service I received. After I left, I saw a postal driver, stopped and she was more than happy to accept the package and said to have a great weekend! Now that is top notch - to bad the branch does not have the same mindset.

HORRIBLE. Get your items and RUN! They had a delivery of mine marked as delivered and the package never even made it to my mailbox. When calling the office and asking about it a lady on the other end sound elibriated and unconcerned. She said "oh yeah they got it"..(long awkward pause) I said somebody was supposed to call me back and then she went on to say, (rude and abrasively) It might not be when "I" expect a call back, and that they havent even ate lunch yet...I told them they might want to try a little professionalism and ended the call, since this was my SECOND time calling with no response and NO concern.

Ralph is amazing, great customer service!!! I would highly recommend him to help you with any questions or concerns, or even if your there to drop something off. It does get busy during rush hour and it is small in there but everytime I go in Ralph is there he works fast and efficiently to make sure customers dont have to wait to long. I had to go in once with my 2 year old and of course he was cranky, Ralph gave him a couple stickers and kept my child amused until I was finished filling out the slip!! Hes a great employee!!!!

Lines are short out of necessity, you couldnt comfortably fit more than 6 people in that tiny space in front of the registers. They have the hours of operation for that inner register area labeled on the window by the outside door, but NOT for the area that has all the PO Boxes. THOSE hours of operation are inside the P.O. box area on the north wall in a glass enclosed flat cabinet. Im adding a picture of it now...

The customer service is good but none of the cases get resolved. In 2016 of I I had over $200 worth of material lost by the carriers from this post office. In 2017 mail was put in to someone elses box. Didnt get it back, spoke to the postmaster who said flyers would be put in to other peoples box, but I am having a hard time believing that it did. Cant recover my item and i am negative funds again.

The reason this post office is getting a 3 is completely due to Karen. Karen used every bit of her professionalism and customer service skills to resolve a long standing package delivery issue. She straightened it out with a different post office to come to a resolution and do the job we expect from the Post Office. Deliver a package reliably. THANK YOU KAREN.

This is a great post office, its small, and the employees are friendly. If a mistake is made they will do everything they can to correct the problem. Even though Laveen is growing, this feels like a neighborhood place where the employees know, and remember you. Hope it doesnt change, or close ever.

Have yet to have a bad experience with this post office and its clerks. They are almost always very busy when I arrive, but it is a small office, and they move very efficiently. They are also open Saturdays from 10a-1p, despite what google says :)
