Tried calling the Sun City Post Office for over an hour of busy signals and ringing non-stop then dropping me. Finally someone picked up, but I couldnt even get a full sentence out asking for an appointment to get a passport for my son, when the grumpy, terse man interrupted me and claimed they werent taking appointments - they were booked out till January 20th. No recommendation, nothing. So, I called the Glendale Post Office, and only experienced a busy signal for about 5 minutes. When it rang, they actually picked up the first time. And while they couldnt get me in by the time I needed to be, he at least offered a suggestion to where I could get it more quickly. He was very polite and very helpful. Think I will make a point to drive further just to deal with this office over Sun Citys.

Lazy, this would be the third time this week that ive had a package delivered to the house and have gotten a notice saying they were unable to deliver. I know thats BS because i have a roommate who is out of a job and is home all the time. They act like its hard to walk to the door and ring the bell to drop off the package my house is directly on the other side of the garage all they have to do is walk 20ft to the door and my roommate would have signed for it. Lazy lazy lazy. On the upside they havent ever lost a package but when i go to pick up the package the employees are rude and act like its a huge inconvenience that im there to pick up my package.

Honestly this post office is horrible. They stopped delivering my mail when I never put a change of address in. Its been 3 weeks that all my mail including a check has gone missing. I called and was told my mail would be returned until I put a change of address in. Its been another week and nothing has been returned back to me. Everytime I try to call their is always a busy signal. This place needs to be shut down, this shouldnt be happening. Not only did this happen but I have had multiple packages lost from this post office. I wish I could change what one I go to. There should be a 0 star rating. They dont deserve a 1 star.

Went in with my girlfriend and parents to get passports and this beyond rude lady asks my parents if "the child is also getting one". Later looks at her and I when we kissed on the cheek and gives some disgusted look (keep in mind our IDs were checked already) then asks how old my sister and I are. Separate occasion we go back to send a gift and we ask to borrow a pen from one of the workers, rolls his eyes sighs very loud, and raises his voice with a sarcastic "Yea here you can use mine". Judgemental and aggravated pricks at the finest.

They need to fix the chute not completely dropping packages down. You must double check that your package actually went down or it stays in the bin where someone could steal it! Edit 2/1/2016 I am never using this USPS store ever again if I can avoid it. Employees will attempt to convince you to ship things using the most expensive options. There have been multiple times where my tracking numbers were never scanned. As an online seller their laziness is hurting my business and their rudeness is uneeded.

Honestly, it takes them seven calls before they finally answer and theres a busy tone for almost every single call. And then when they answer, they are not enthusiastic to talk to their customers. Its monotone and sighs. That doesnt make me want to give them my money. They are rude in the conversation and if you ask them to clarify what they said, they talk to you like your dumb. Like, this business needs to sharpen their customer service skills.

You can try calling but its like winning the lottery to get someone to answer. In my case its never happened. Either busy or will ring different times then get recording stating their closed. Been waiting to speak a supervisor now about my package that was delivered to the wrong house for 30 min now. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Its a shame Im stuck with them. Take pride in your job people

I am beginning to believe that someone in this post office has sticky fingers we have had cards mailed to us which we have never received that work to have had gift cards in them OK a year latter and I received a package that was sliced open on the top. And there was an item missing. I tried calling at 4:30 and the message told me there hours were 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . and they were currently closed.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a postal service in my life as bad as I am with yall. My Carrier has always messed up packages being delivered to the house. Marking packages as delivered when not delivered. Or handing him a redelivery slip and not get redelivered till 4 days later. Get your crap together. Im tires of you messing up my mail.

Long story short I was in a pinch for time applying for a passport for an upcoming trip and the staff went above and beyond their required duties to help me get it submitted in a timely manner. The workers at this post office saved my family vacation and I am extremely grateful for their assistance and excellent customer service.

They changed their business hours without posting it AYWHERE. What good is a post office that opens at 9am? It makes it impossible to pick something up BEFORE work. I guess our tax dollars are going towards creating more inconveniences and promoting laziness amongst our government workers. I cant stand my failure of a government!

Y complain? Of course the pkg wont fit, there is a reason. These pkgs go thru a n assembly line. They know what they are doing. Its not like the employees have control of everything. Think about it, there are billions of mail going in/out to the entire world. We should be grateful for the possibility of that.

Good people here. BUT The front entrance is going to kill somebody! those doors are from the 90s and you should see the elderly people and handicap try to enter and exit. Im surprise there has not been a major lawsuit yet!

Always here to ship packages for my business. Always in and out in a timely manner. The only problem is the doors, they are hard to push open. The elderly always seem to have a hard time :(

Always a pleasure going to this post office. Friendly faces and curtious employees. In and out within 10 minutes of my arrival there. Would not go to any other post office : )
