***I live at Desert Sky Broadstone apartments, this is the post office for where I live. I have lived in the same apartment since 2012, not once has this post office come to my door to deliver a letter or package that I have to sign for, and I get three to five of these types of mail per year. When Ive gone to pick up my letter/package (the date that they tell me it will be available for pick-up), they have never found them at the office. So the manager told me to sigh the paper they leave it in the box and they will leave the letter in the box. Two weeks ago, I got a registered letter, they left the slip in the box. I signed it and taped it, so when they opened the box door they could see it hanging. Well they took it down, left it the mail box, along with another registered letter slip to sign for. I signed it and taped them both up. They were delivered about 4 days later (not including Sundays), they had noted dates they tried to deliver on... I was home and available everyday... I got a registered letter on the 18th, signed the notice on the 18th and taped it to the interior of the box... I have not got the letter yet, it was from SSDA, hopefully NOT time sensitive. Ive gone to the Manager of this PO twice in three years, today I called CS and got a case reference number, I was online for 20 minutes before I even got to a person... I hate this office. I have found everyones mail, including sales ads, etc... in one huge box. I was sitting against the delivery area when my post person came to deliver, I asked if I could get in my box before he left, he said no, not until I locked the doors. There was a registered letter in there, he said he couldnt take it with him, it wasnt his route!!!!!!! ***Today is the 24th, at 4 pm, no call from this office about my issues and the mail person has come and gone with no registered mail... Well today is the 27th, I have gotten any mail since the 24th, that piece of mail was for 113 at the Bolero Apartments; South side of McDowell Rd. We live on the North side... I still havent gotten a call from anyone regarding this issue, even though Ive place a complaint on the CS website and one with a CS agent... I hate this station, Im 53, I have never had problems other than at this Maryvale location...

7/17/14 I have had multiple problems in the past few days with this branch offices delivery driver. I had my neighbors mail in my box, which is understandable, but along with it was mail that didnt even belong on my street! Yesterday I was expecting a package. Well one did show up, but it wasnt for me. It was for somebody on a different street AND different house number! I drove it down to the USPS location and spoke with the supervisor yesterday to get it fixed. Im pleased to say that after that encounter their driver came back to my house with the right package and all was "acceptable" again. Until I decided to track other packages. One that I was not expecting for a few more days has made it to Phoenix and been delivered. Only problem is that it was not delivered to my address. I have no idea where it is! Needless to say I will be returning to the post office today and filing a formal complaint against the driver. The next time it happens I will take my complaint to the regional manager. An ancient in the mail delivery system is fine, but this is downright careless. Oh, and it is USPS, a federal entity, making this a federal crime punishable by imprisonment. I truly hope they can get their act together. I would really hate to have to make my way up the ladder and get somebody fired or thrown in prison. But I wont have any other choice if it is not fixed. UPDATE: 7/18/14 Today I received a different package in the mailbox. This one came in a padded envelope and the bottom of it was ripped open. This leads me to conclude one of two things that most likely happened. One: the mail delivery person opened my package. Two: the mail delivery person delivered my package to the wrong house, again, and the person who received it opened it, then brought it to my house and put it in my mailbox. This marks the 5TH incident I have had with this USPS offices delivery staff. I will again be speaking with the USPS office supervisor in the morning and gathering information on who to speak with next since the problems here are not being resolved.

Horrible service Especially the women Employees they talk with their mouths full of dry gum and dont do their job, definitely worst customer service! Theres a women their that will take down info and leave it to the side her name is Atainia I told her to quit her Job if shes Miserable! She can chew gum thats This post office is rated a 1 out of 5 and the number one problem Is the staff . They are disrespectful , rude , not informative and can not perform their jobs at a professional level. Here my experience I was attended by a women who did not give me her name and for good reason she is so rude. I told her i needed to change my last name since I got married and she takes out a sticky note and writes my last name and tells me okay thank you for coming. I WAS IN AWE SHE NEVER LET ME FINISHED TALKING AND NEVER ASKED ME FOR MY ADDRESS. Now I dont understand how she was going to know to what address it was for . So I told her then if she knew the PO box number and if course she didnt. Then i told her and she scribbled it and said nothing. Hello I knew there was a step she missed I went to another crew member and he asked if the last person went to the back and looked to see whose box it was and added my name. I said No !!! And he was next to the rude crew member who had attended me earlier,She then told me shell get it done like she said but When was my question !?! I went to get attended not be put aside as a task she can forget at any moment , This post is horrible and definitely a 1 out of 5 which is horrible. Especially the women they chew Gum but cant do their job that they applied for. This staff that women ! is United States Post Rep and they Represent a 1 out of five post. Take action and fire the staff for people that who will actually want to and will enjoy that job. Sincerely, A Disappointed and Unsatisfied Customer

So the first star pops up a message that says "hated it". How about having something smaller that will say "way beyond hated it" because thats how things are at this location. They delivered a very important piece of mail that contained legal documents with personal information and identification all which costs alot of money to replace. So having to go back and forth to see where the package went, they claim it was delivered at the street north of my street which the residents at the address claim they have returned to the post office. All of which the post office did not move a finger because of course theyre not going to go hunt down something they misplaced. Its been almost 2 months since the package was originally "delivered" and nothing has showed up yet. So because of this U.S.P.S lacations lack of being able to perform their duties properly, the fact that having to wonder if the package was in reality stolen because of its contents or just that they lost it somewhere if it really was returned is just RIDICULOUS. So now all these documents have to be replaced and reported as either lost or stolen thank to them. By the way, the mail man for my route really sucks at doing his job and always placing other neighbors mail in my mail box. I should get payed for having to do part of his job in having to take so many letters all the time to their proper addresses. Same thing a few of the neighbors will say all time. Lucky for the post office they dont have much mail delivery competition so theyre probably still in business for that reason.
