This has been the most exasperating experience Ive ever had. I was tracking my Amazon Prime package which said it had been delivered to my cluster mailbox. Checked twice ~ no package. It contained my asthma medication, which I had just run out of. I hoped if I could send a message the PO could figure out where my package went. No such luck! If you try to put in a request, of course its going to come back that according to the tracking number, your package was delivered! I tried another way, but had to enter the complete address of the third party vendor for Amazon, including complete street address and phone numbers. UGH! The entire system SUCKS & is meant to cause irritation & frustration in my opinion. I thought about going into the PO in Buckeye, but even if I felt up to it after reading the comments about how rude & snarky the staff is, I decided it wasnt worth it. We deal with the VA in our household, but I gotta say this experience is 10 times worse because theres no real way to resolve a delivery issue! We have lots of snowbirds in our neighborhood & I was worried the idiot mail carrier might have placed my package in one of their mailboxes which means I wouldnt get it until October or November. Fortunately my neighbor got the package in her mailbox ~ so relieved, although still incredibly angry & frustrated @ the entire system in general & this horrible PO in particular!

For 10 years my family has been at the same address...for 10 years we have never had an issue with our mail delivery person. Ever. Until the past couple months..apparently we got a new carrier who refuses to drive down our gravel road because "she isnt required to". In 10 years, with 5 people living here, we have never had a carrier flat out refuse to deliver packages until this person, not even kind enough to leave them on a Saturday which then makes them 2 days later since the post office is closed on Sundays. It has made important things late, gifts late etc. And to add to the inconvenience, the actual post office is near 15 miles from me in the opposite direction of work/school/shopping. Ive resorted to picking up items at the store when that is offered and paying extra for UPS when that is offered at online stores. We get packages all the time and this has been the most horrible service ever. We complained, they do nothing. Try to intercept a package, forget about it - they do not care and are slower than molasses when you do go in person. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Be prepared for missing packages and receiving other peoples mail. The mail arrives everyday between 11m and 6pm. There is no real set time like I have been used to at other locations in Phoenix and Glendale. We get other peoples mail and they get ours all the time. Thankfully nothing important has fallen victim to this yet. The usual mail lady who delivers to us is very nice but she is only there maybe 3/5 of the time. The other times it is a veritable mix of guys in their beat up civics and loud trucks. I get the post office is doing the best it can having very little to spend but the location in Buckeye is the worst I have ever experienced. We send through UPS and FEDEX whenever possible. If you live in the area and can help it, maybe take your mail to another USPS location. That is what we do it be it another office or just a Blue Box somewhere in town, we never mail out from our postal box. Just left the post office after giving it another shot and I was impressed. Super fast lines and very friendly people. I would use this office again. I trust it more than the local delivery person.

All the reviews about lost packages at first seemed unbelievable, but now that its happened to me I can fully see it. Tried tracking down my package for a good week and a half. Found out it wasnt even going to be delivered to the right place, on top of that the person couldnt even remember if she delivered it or not, even though it read that she had. So now Im out $35, have no package and am left to wonder if I should trust them again. Very frustrating situation. The best part is that I get these packages twice a month, and never had a screw up to now. I dont know what happened this time. From the inability to place a package in the right area, to remembering where/when/if you placed said package. You would almost feel like there should maybe be more care for peoples items? Its turning out to be a pretty negative experience with them. And dont get me wrong, the people are very nice and try to somewhat help. But all it takes is one negative experience like this to make you question just how good it really is as a place of business. Stuff like this shouldnt be happening.

The delivery postal employee for mail route is the reason that the mail delivery service to my residential area TOTALLY SUCKS so much that if Im gonna have a package delivered I now have it sent to my parents because the postman on the route is awesome and actually does his job correctly. The one in my area is LAZY & LIES always leaving notice of failing to deliver saying no one was home PROBLEM WITH THAT IS I WAS ALWAYS HOME I NEVER WOULD LEAVE MY HOUSE he never drives up to my house to attempt delivery to me and jus leaves notice for me to either go pick it up at post office or have it redelivered with delivery instructions but then does same thing leaving me a notice saying unable to deliver for what ever reason but he never actually trys to deliver it to my door when I have them redeliver it to me so I end up jus having to make time to go to post office to get it & find a ride to the post office thats 14 miles away from me. And they do nothing to help fix that problem when complaints have been submitted to them about this persons poor work performance.

This is the worst post office ever and I thought where I worked (post office) was awful. First of all I was getting the wrong peoples mail in my mailbox. My husband whom is a supervisor for another post office had to go up there and talk to the manager about it. They finally got the picture ( for a couple of months). Now fast forward, I ordered a Christmas gift for a family member and had been waiting on it. I contacted the company and they said it was shipped. I looked at the tracking information and woah and behold the Buckeye post office refused it twice!!! Only a customer can refuse a package. I think the carrier was lazy and didnt want to deliver packages. I will be going up there tomorrow to see how this could happen and pray it doesnt happen to anyone else. This is awful and not great customer service at all. One star because some of the window clerks are okay at times.

Worst post office ever. The employees are terrible and the post master is even worse. since July of 2014 I have had 3 packages lost and 2 not show up on time because of there mishandling. I dont know how they are allowed to stay in business or under that management. They clearly need to clean house and get a new post master asap. They are rude and gave no explanation for my missing or very late packages. I called for 4 days and had to drive the 20 minutes from my house to talk to her in person just to have her brush me off and tell me to call a 1-800 number, that she couldnt help me. Two days later the post lady came to my door and said they found the "misplaced" package. Not to mention on numerious occasions I see her and a guy in a Honda with mail all over the trunk and the backseat trying to sort through it. Seriously are you not professionals of some sort?
