I have an issue with one of the postal workers. Theres a postal carrier that services Tiki Tai Village and three times in the past year and a half I have had issues with her. She has rudely told me she would not deliver mail if I was going to be standing 10 feet downwind from her while smoking a cigarette and theres no sign prohibiting smoking in that area and like I said, I was downwind. Second time she came to my back door that has no door handle on it whatsoever which in itself is rude (what stranger goes to a persons back door?) and then today she comes to my patio since my back door now has a sign that says to go to the front door and leaves my screen that encloses the patio wide open and theres visible signs that I have dogs. If I had not noticed that that screen was wide open, my dogs or my nieces dog whom I am watching until this weekend would have ran off of the patio and I am physically disabled which means I would not have been able to chase them down. When I began to express my irritation she turns to leave without leaving the package for my niece with me. She is rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Showed up to get a key made for my mail box, was told they didnt service our area. Had to call the main USPS center to find out they did and had to go back after having the main USPS call them. Got my key with no charge cause of that. Now we dont get some of our mail sent to us, had my parents send me mail in April.... Never got it...... My wife had her work send her a credit card for her pay back in May..... Its mid June now and they never delivered her credit card. She had to cancel the card and pay $15.00 to have a new one express delivered. We are also not having our bills delivered and the city knows about this issue and even told us they have had this issue with this post office before. Going to put in a complaint with main USPS about this place. Hopefully they can fire the people that work there and hire new better employees that care about the mail and make sure it gets delivered on time to the right place.....

83112 They cant even deliver your mail, my item was supposed to be delivered and on the USPS web site it said delivered but it was not delivered.....idiots....I even called and got some fax machine, then called the 800 number and was told to wait until they can find some one to look into it. I guess they hire anyone to deliver mail these days. 9512 So someone finally called back just to tell me to call someone else the next day. This is really disturbing to know anyone can get your mailpackage. if i open up someone else mail its a felony, but what is it when usps gives me someone else package and forgets where they delivered it to. Oh yah the mail lady told me she didnt even remember it, but told her boss she delivered it to my mail box. She couldnt even tell me what type of packaging it was in. So if you want to commit a felony and get away with it just put in your resume with USPS.

The customer service here is a little rude. When Im standing in line watching the interactions with workers and customers, they workers just appear to be faking their smiles. I understand it can be stressful but they just seem to be real short with people and forcing smiles. I try to be super friendly to them to try to make them be friendly back but it hardly works. Ive only had the same person help me each time though. Just something Ive observed. Although most of the male workers Ive seen there dont seem to be as mad. They seem more friendly. I spoke with the supervisor about something and at first when he approached me I thought he was going to be mean but he ended up being really nice after getting to talk to him! Ive been to the Maryvale post office and they are extremely friendly there!

LINE BUSY... LINE BUSY... LINE BUSY Put in an address change a month ago and I STILL havent got any mail. I call and call but line is just busy so I call the main USPS line and the wait time was 11 minutes so I give a call back number. They call and hung up the first time it rang. I called back and the auto message said wait time was 4 minutes so I leave call back for the 2nd time. They call back and my phone rings only once before they hung up. I CALL BACK A 3RD TIME AND THE WAIT TIME IS 12-18MINUTES!!! So I stay on the line and wait for a representative. She answers and tells me that she doesnt know whats going on with my mail and that my husbands mail apparently was under the wrong name and it must have been sent somewhere...... Are You Kidding Me?! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY DISORGANIZED!

I have one of those community mail box set ups where you need a key to access the box itself, and if you get a larger package, the mail man puts it in a larger box and leaves an additional key to access the larger box. Well our large box is a POS and the key dont work, and it will not turn the lock. I left the mail man a note three days ago, asking for the packages in that box since he had a key to access, with no response, no new key, nothing... When I called this location for help, not only was I on hold for 45 minutes, she was rude when she answered, and then said I would have to wait for the mail man to show up. WTF am i suppose to do take off work and sit by the community mail box for the mail man to do his job?

I sent a package to my son from New York, but it was the wrong address. After contacting the main PO office, they instructed me to contact this PO as this is the location from which it will be delivered. I called constantly from 10am - 8pm (est) but the phone was CONSTANTLY busy!! I just tried calling again at 12:50am (est) - guess what - busy!! This is very unacceptable. I did pay the $20 online for an intercept to have it delivered to the correct address, but even that isnt guaranteed. Ridiculous at best. Im adding this statement as this is the next day, the day of delivery - Ive been attempting to call continuously, but the phone is constantly busy. What a totally ridiculous entity of the USPS!

We all know how hot is out there. This is no excuse for not reading or scanning bar-codes on packages or letters correctly. I have had my mail delivered to someone elses address many times and the residence would walk it over to me thank God. What about the times when we dont know we are missing mail because it was sent to who knows where. This time i had to track my USPS package to find out that it was delivered to a house 4 houses away 6 days ago. Maybe i should put 10 inch #s on my mailbox. May or may not help.. I never have an issue with my UPS. WHATS GOING ON USPS GLENDALE?
