What I just witnessed at the post office here in Sun City West, makes me ill. A young man came in with many boxes, paid for his items to be shipped, got a receipt. The woman helping him came around the corner to look at what he had to send. When she saw how many boxes there were, she cancelled his shipment, and told him to go to another post office down the road. Poor Service. I even asked the young man if he wanted me to help him to the other location, but he kindly told me that he no longer had time. I will not go to this location again. Very sad that a business cant help a paying customer, especially after he paid and everything.

I dont know why so many negative reviews of this post office because it is wonderful. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, the wait is not too long and perfectly acceptable, it is clean and the supplies are always in stock. I give it 5 stars.

This place deserves No Stars, they are terrible and I would recommend you go somewhere else. If I had a choice of going to this Post Office and walking on hot coals.... I would have blisters on my feet all day.

I do avoid most post offices, but this one especially. It seems like the line is always long .... And slow. Do like the mailbox you can drive up to .... And avoid going into the post office.

Friendly staff, but only a few work here so usually there is a 15 mintue wait. During holidays the line is out the door. Other than that its a good post office
