This place is an absolute joke. I used to have undelivered mail taken to the post office on 59th, but for some reason they started bringing it here which is much further away from where I live. USPS seriously needs to evaluate the people it hires. I missed a delivery the other day, despite being sat near to the front door of my apartment on the morning that a delivery was reportedly attempted. Now I get that mail workers are busy this time of year, but I dont even think that the postal worker even bothered knocking - those minutes of waiting for people to answer all add up. He didnt even write his name on the card, which only strengthens my belief that this is what he/she did. Call me a skeptic, I just dont think these people have a great work ethic. Anyway, this post office is just not staffed to manage this workload. I arrived here, and there was a line leading out of the door. There must have been 30 people waiting, which is fine, but the people behind the counter are exceptionally slow. Sort it out USPS, your service is the worst.

I am an amputee. The policy I am told is that disabled people are allowed to go to the front of the line. I use this post office even though it is a bit out of my way because of this policy. I have been told that it is that way at ALL post offices. Recently they took the handicap sign down so I asked if the policy was still in effect. I was told it was and that they had been ORDERED by someone higher up the food chain in Phoenix to take it down. After that one of their clerks scoffed at me when I went to the front of the line. When I challenged him on it, he refused to answer. I will continue to use that postal facility, but will never use that clerk again. This used to be my favorite post office until this incident and i would have given it five stars before. If they fix this....I will re-rate it.

I must say, I am very dissapointed. I use to enjoy coming here all the time for the past few years. The employees were very nice and helpful. Then one of the guys started being a rude jerk to me, mouthing off, giving me dirty looks, and whispering things to the other employees about me. The only thing I did was I arrived in the last 5-10 minutes to drop off mail, or ask a question every once in awhile. Sometimes I needed to adjust a shipping label, which barely took any time and I never stayed past closing. I dont get what happened. If you dont like your job, get another one, dont take it out on customers, what comes around goes around. I will avoid coming here only if I have to because there is not anywhere close that stays open as late. If it happens again I will be calling to make a complaint.

I have two addresses that receive mail from this post office. One location, great never have any issues, the courier is exceptional. Other location, a nightmare; I had to contact the post office twice to finally get a message after a week stating, they have my mail Im not receiving it due to the box being full and we hold it for so long before sending it back. Hmmmm.... my box has been empty for the last 2 weeks, and Ive been there to pick up certified mail the morning after I missed the notification on my door. When I collected that just a few days ago, oddly there was no mail for me. Pretty sure its safe to say the recipient isnt the one not doing what they need to.

I have 2 mail slots. The postal man says my mailbox is full and says I now need to pick up. I pick up the mail and its not even alot. Seriously can be put in one slot. I even tried it myself. He does this to me 5 times and Ive complained 4 times. I think he does it on purpose. He pulls up sees me and just rolls his eyes. I need a new mailman! I check my mail every other day. Then, I get a note that said sorry Ive missed you. The same day I saw him outside and now I have to pick up my missed package. Im seriously so annoyed. He is awful! Its never been 7 days seriously. Carrier jw is just awful!

on a daily basis I recieve quite a few other neighbors packages in my mailbox not even a similar house or street number, and my packages are going into their boxes. I cant figure out how this post office continues to mix up packages every week its very frustrating that me and my neighborhood are having to play postman every week to get each other the right packages. oh and im also missing a package that says it was put in my mailbox on january 11th 2017. out of all the neighborhoods Ive lived in I have never had this problem before. Sounds like some changes need to be made in this post office.

Worst PO ever for snowbirds. I have lived here since 2012 and they cant get seasonal mail forwarding right. This year 2016 instead of forwarding my mail they returned all of it to sender with a notice that it was undeliverable, address unknown. Ive lived here for years, done the proper paperwork for forwarding, called to ask where is my mail and they dont know who I am or where I live? And when I complain they dont care about my expired insurance notices I never got, checks I never received, credit card bills I never got. Arent they accountable to anybody?

Nice employees, especially in the office. However, our delivered mail is regularly mixed up with that of our neighbors. It seems like it happens about every other month. A couple months ago, someone else received our package (for which we paid over $100), and we did not receive any compensation (even with the insurance for flat rate) because it was scanned as "delivered" to the neighborhood mailbox. The same thing happened today, but this time I lost $150 if the receiver decides not to bring it over to me. Not cool, USPS.

Ive been doing business with this Post Office for about 8 years now. I have never had any bad experience. All of the Postal workers that work up front are Always Friendly, Professional, and Polite to me. The only issue I will have coming here occasionally is after 3pm, the lines seem to always be long and people sometimes are standing outside the doors. But thats not the PO fault, its just too many people like to show up near 3pm. Anyhow, I like all the Postal workers who assist me when Im there. Everyones pretty cool.

We are snowbirds who returned in Oct. We noticed that we have a different mail carrier this year (contrary to what the post office says), and we have had major issues with our mail delivery! We get other peoples mail, and others are getting our, sometimes 10 pieces at a time! We just had someone deliver prescriptions that my husband gets by mail, and that person doesnt even live in our neighborhood! Everyone that we talk to has complained of the same issues!

Are you kidding me I get the the usps and went into the back because there where you go for bulk mail orders and I just watched the employees throwing peoples orders and boxes all around into bins and other places... holy moly... no wonder everything is always damaged or broken when I get it.. because they just dont care at all....
