Didnt want to leave one star because the staff at the counter is really awesome, its my mail man! I get parts from all over the country and world and do not get to choose the carrier. If I did l would not use this guy, he must be a robot who cannot think outside of the box. Im not sure he could find his way home at this point. For the last two days Ive had to come directly to this post office to get my items because mail man leaves a remark saying mail is undeliverable when address is correct and has been for 15-years. I mentioned to the counter help just yesterday that other carriers can find the address why cant he? Yesterday he had my items stuffed in the vacation section in the back where they case the mail. My time is worth something and l have invested over 3-hrs of my work day to get this handled just in the last 2-days. Im currently waiting in the lobby for a supervisor whos at lunch for another 30-minutes. What a joke!

6-18-2016 I received an email from the Post Office that delivery was attempted. They never attempted! I am home because Im disabled, they do this all the time & they say they had trouble with some kids at the mailboxs so they wont attempt to deliver your packages anymore to your door. If it doesnt fit in the large postal box then you have to go to town to pick it up. Thats is so wrong for older people who cant always get around. Dont send me an email you attempted when you know you didnt! Terrible what this world is coming to. God Bless all the hateful people out there.

I had been waiting for a package. I get my mail at a large set of mail boxes. Large packages get put into special areas and a key gets left in my regular mail box. When I opened the special large mail box with the key that had been left in my regular mail box, the special large mail box was empty. Phone call to local office, and within 10 minutes my mail carrier was out and opened up the right large mail box for me and I was able to obtain my package. Very pleasant experience, very great customer service. Helpful and cheerful. Thank you everyone.

BADDD customer service!!! Just trying to explain my situation, lady representative was very rude like she just got out of a argument and i stepped in didnt even let me finish talking before putting me on hold to check something.Told me that they been sending my mail to senders because our mailbox was full. Funny because weve been checking it everyday waiting for my rebate check and other members of the house having no problem getting mail. Said they put notifications in there but no one in house has seen one.....Thinking of going to BBB

We filled out a change of address effective June 2015....I put a "VACANT" notice in the box with "FWD Stewart". were STILL getting mail at this address! What do we have to do in order for the USPS to forward ALL of our mail? Apparently the carriers cant read, or just dont care. Other residents have complained of the carriers service as well. Reps in the building have been nice, but the service from the carriers have been sub-par.

Awesome staff here. My package was on a truck that arrived late in the morning to this office, which is the one that delivers to me. Instead of just letting the delivery date be changed like the website showed, a supervisor hand delivered the packages that were late to the appropriate drivers, and they were delivered on the original date a day early. A big thanks to my local USPS employees!

I live in the state of Washington. i shipped a package to Peoria, and here was an issue that came up during delivery. The staff (especially Albert) was extremely helpful in determining what needed to be done for the package to get delivered, and really went above and beyond. I only wish all post offices were this efficient.

They dont deliver my mail every mail gets returned back and when I went there to talk to somebody they said the manager was at lunch, he will call me back. I left my name and phone number and no body called back plus they never answer the phone.
