Absolutely the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Carriers are unreliable, if they are absent then you never know if someone is going to deliver. Today we didnt get our mail and our packages that we send out everyday that we schedule for pick up yesterday are still sitting here. Now I have to refund our customers AGAIN because of capitol station. Dont try calling either, they are some of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with.

Pitiful, just pitiful......union = mediocrity. Unions protect the jobs of mediocre employees. Their jobs would be awesome if they didnt have to deal with customers. Whether they provide good service, or bad service....no worries, they will still have their job. Good for them, stinks for you......the predominate attitude here is "OH WELL"!

Shotty customer service to say the least. The guy on the phone was extremely agitated that I wanted to pick up my package there as theyve attempted to deliver before business hours and missed us for 3 days on something I paid for 2 day shipping on... Its now been a week...

The workers here are very short with you and rude. I understand that they deal with a lot of customers who may be rude and unsure of how the postal service works but that doesnt you have to be rude. The supervisor was very nice so I will give this place 3 stars

This is a worts place, im waiting in line for about 10 min and when i go to the counter the employed tell me..."i cant help you because i need to go" just need to wait for somebody else then other people come and she say "wait in the next window please" ????

Always having issues getting my mail delivered and had to pay 30 dollars to get it delivered. Mail guy miss places packages and the manager is very rude, unoledgeble, slow and never has a solution to a problem and instead shows a very bad attitude.

Have gone there many times, Only because it is close to work. Terrible service 9 out of 10 times.Long lines and a couple of the employees have an attitude. Slooooow service.
