My personal experience here has been about 80% negative because about 80% of the time I cant get in... I get off work at 5 and always have to rush over to this post office to drop off my pre-labelled packages. I almost always get there at 5:28 p.m., and every time I do the doors are locked and the blinds are drawn by then. Now, I understand being punctual, but closing early every day? None of the other post offices in the area that I visit do this - they close at exactly the time they are supposed to.. Anyway, maybe 2 minutes seems unimportant to some, but it can make a big difference to people like me, and others who work! Sync your clocks, please, Roy USPS.

So helpful. I went in with things Ive been mailing for years and asked if there was a cheaper way I could send them. Ive always thought I was good and send ing things, since I use a website that helps me. But the made it even better. They spent time answering my questions and showing me things. Even gave me a "cheat sheet" on helping me determine the best way to send. All this, minutes before they were closing, and never rushed me. I thought they stayed open until 5:30 like a nearby location, but they close at 5:00. But they didnt treat me like that. Thank you.

Personnel rarely answer their phone. Ive had many package was sent from eBay that have been labeled as fragile and initial word and cannot get compensation from the post office. I sent in a notification to stop mail and forward it to a new address. My neighbor told me there are many items of mail in my mailbox steal that have never been forwarded. Very very disappointed with this post officem

Great experience! Right before Christmas I mailed a package here and I put the wrong address on it. When I call this location the postal work emidiatly found my package and fixed it for me. He also mailed me a new tracking number. I never thought I would get this kind of service.
