With all the snow in the area you would think the drivers would put packages out from the snow. Instead they found the only wet spot on our huge long covered porch while it was a continuous snowfall. It was found the next morning covered in snow and ice. This wasnt even my package. It was our downstairs neighbors. I understand its cold for them, but this IS their job. The box was warpped. Arent they taught package delivery etiquette? This has happened more than this one time.

Wonderful experiences with shipping anything out. Awesome crew working the front and have known them for a while now. However Im sure our personal mailman has a vendetta for us. Anyways enough said.

I live on a Kaysville postal route, and I firmly agree with one of the other posters here, They will look for any, and i mean ANY, excuse to not only not deliver your mail, but to put a hold on it.

The number listed is not for the local office. USPS has a miserably inefficient automated phone service. It doesnt seem to be possible to reach a human being to help you. Disappointing!

The office isnt the issue. The mail carriers are awful. They will use any excuse to not deliver. Plus they wont inform of the problem so you can fix it.
