I cannot believe how little these people care about whether or not you get your package i live in a family of people who have or are currently working for the post office. heck my dad and uncles are all post men who deliver on a daily basis, and never once have i seen my dad or uncles have a customer call them personally because they lost a package. i believe it all stems from work ethic, witch these people dont have. i had a package lost in the mail i looked on the internet at the USPS tracking number expecting it to tell me ive had my package delayed or it got stopped some where on its way to my local post office. to my surprise the package had supposedly been delivered to this post office 2 days earlier, 2 DAYS!!! now you might be asking yourself. why is it so outrages that his package has been at the post office for 2 days? well i live less then a mile away from the post office in question, i can walk directly to the post office in like 5 minutes...that close. now your probably asking then why didnt you just walk over and get your package? Well get this it tried i gave this post office a call at about 3 in the after noon today and was greeted to a less the enthusiastic employee so i ask the guy about my package that hadnt been delivered yet, even tho all of my other mail had been delivered just fine on time and everything. so the guy tells me he will personally talk to my carrier and see what happened to my package i give the guy the tracking number and hang up patiently waiting for a call back with a solution, a few hours roll by and i start to get worried because its about the time that postmen would be getting home to their familys after a hard days work. so i call the office again and get no answer then i take the obvious next step and try to go over to the office myself to get the package the old fashioned way. turns out they had closed before i got there. so the guy not only lied to me but still has given me no resolution to my dilemma and i have no expectation of getting my package solely based on the complete lack of a work ethic in any of these asshats.

I never get large mail delivered by this post office. I live in an apartment complex and EVERY carrier other than USPS that I have received mail from (FEDEX, UPS, and OnTrac) deliver to my door without exception. If I miss a delivery (if necessary), they leave a note on my door and try to deliver again the next day. This US Post Office only delivers to the mail room, just 50 ft from my apartment. If I "miss" my delivery, they stick a note in my mail box and take it to this post office. What!? They literally have one job, deliver my mail to my door. Why do I need to waste 10 minutes driving to the post office to wait 30 minutes for their lazy employees to get through 3 customers then drive another 10 minutes back to do what they could have done in the 2 minutes it takes to get to my apartment from the mail room AND back to their truck. Waste of freaking time and Im not paid to do it, so why should they get paid for not doing it. Ive asked the post office to deliver my packages to my door and they agreed. For two weeks, they did their jobs and I got my mail delivered to my door. After that, straight back to notes in my mail about me not being there to retrieve my packages.

SO MANY COMPLAINTS. First, my mail carrier is always putting my mail in my neighbors mailboxes, and is always putting THEIR mail in MY box. Sometimes I have mail from two different neighbors in my mail box at once. Its not rocket science. Also, I have had to call many times to complain about my mail not being delivered. This has been going on the entire 3+ years Ive lived here. The first time I called, they had mistakenly noted on my account that I had moved and left no address, which obviously isnt true, and my mail delivery has been very hit and miss since then. Most recently, I went through a legal process and the letters kept getting returned to the attorneys office, and the address was double, triple, and quadruple checked. More recently than that, I ordered something valuable online and paid the $25 for 1-Day shipping, and my package was not delivered, as of yet I still havent received it. When Ive gone in, in person, to try to resolve these issues, the person behind the counter is always uninterested and unfriendly. If I had any other option, I would NOT use this service. THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS TO GET THEIR CRAP TOGETHER.

This post office is complete garbage. I had a package get handed off to them from UPS and they said it was delivered on the 9th. I had no package or key in my mailbox for the parcel locker. Ive spent over a week playing phone tag with them. They almost never answer their phone, and when they do theyre very rude and unprofessional. They kept saying they would send someone out to check my mailbox but they never did. Finally today I call them, (about ten times before someone could finally bother to answer) and they say they cant find it and I need to go through the company I ordered from to get a refund. Of course they never apologized once for their screw up either. WORST post office ever, save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. These people have no work ethic and dont care about their customers AT ALL.

Not good, I had a package say delivered Saturday.. And I never received it, called in and they basically just told me what I already know, it says delivered.. He said he would talk with my mail carrier when I got back and would call me, he never did.. I actually talked to my mail carrier MYSELF who also just gave me a run around.. So it looks like Im just screwed out of a $40 package cause the mail man didnt do his job correctly.. He didnt leave it at my neighbors, he didnt leave a ticket, and I know it wasnt stolen because I was expecting the package and checked for it pretty much just as soon as the mail arrived.. Im very upset over the whole thing.. In 6 years of recieving packages through West Jordan and Murray, I have never had this problem.. Midvale post office is horrible at doing their job..

Seriously the worst post office. First they misplaced my package or they put it in the wrong mailbox as I live in an apartment complex. Second I went to them to ask where it was or if they could look for it, or if I could talk to the mail man. They seemed concerned got my name and number and address, and told me they would let me know what happened. Well guess what they havent let me know anything, they never called, they never do anything. Worst place Ive been too and very dishonest people. Oh and another thing they NEVER EVER pick up their phone.if you cant pick up a gosh dang phone or have someone be in charge of that, whats the use in having a phone??
