37 minutes waiting for costume servise today. 8-22-17 And several months ago. I was victim of discrimination..I when into the office to send some papers. Being in the line I call my husband on the phone and I was speaking in Spanish, when this cashier passes and looks at me with an ugly face. (To which I did not give much importance). Then I notice something that made me react and observe what was happening all those who were in front of me in the line were Americans. He smile all them when it was their turn. But when it was my turn there were no laughs or smiles but a face full of bitterness. I asked him three times about my package since I did not understand what to do with one of the papers that I had to send ( government papers) this man did not even bother to answer me.( This is not all that happened). Long story short. I Paid and I went to the car with my husband and I could do nothing but cry of anger and disappointment. I told my spouse who went to the office to speak for me. I would have defended myself if I had been pregnant of 6 months, for fear of what this racist guy would do to me in case of a verbal fight. So I preferred to walk away. It was a horrible experience. Im Panamanian and this guy looked Latino too or from another country. Hes stupidity was just another disappointment for this country.

I am so upset with them I can barely type I ordered a package from eBay which I have done many times, the seller wrote me an email saying that the package was being sent back to him because my address was undeliverable. I have ordered packages from eBay on many different occasions and this is the first time that I have had a problem in years. Trying to get ahold of this office is without a doubt miserable and a waste of time. On my phone it shows that I have called 9 times and I have let it ring for 3 minutes and 40 seconds until a voicemail picks up. I dont know who runs this place but changes need to be made. Whether or not the package was delivered is not relevant to why I am upset. I am upset because of my attempts to get this situation resolved have been failed when all that is needed is for someone to answer the phone. I am on my way down there in person and I will make a complaint to the manager and I will ask for the regional managers phone number to make a complaint to them as well. At all of the jobs that I have had my butt was chewed if I did not answer the phone in a reasonable time frame let alone if someone called 8 times and it rang for 3 minutes and 40 seconds each time.

I wish I could pay extra to Amazon Prime for them to never ever ever use USPS on any shipment coming to me. Things are lost, delayed, damaged far too often. Today I found a slip in my apartment mailbox saying they couldnt deliver my package because no one was available on July 24th to receive or sign for it. Obviously the apartment office was closed on Pioneer day. However I check the mail every couple days and I should have seen this slip a lot sooner instead of a week and a half later. I had to call in to schedule a re-delivery when really they should have just done that automatically. So I call the phone number and it is only handled by an AI now. You cant enter numbers for your selection. You have to say what you need and 75% of what you say is not understood by the AI. It took me 15 minutes to re-schedule this delivery with this AI when it should have been a 2 minute call max. I get nothing but problems with USPS. FedEx and UPS are so much better.

EDIT: Oh look a $350 package says delivered yesterday "on porch" when we were home ALL DAY going in and out to the front yard. No package there or in our mailbox. Really? This place is the most incompetent establishment in the world. They consistently have a 50% deliver rate on my packages. They would mark my packages as "undeliverable as addressed" so I would have to submit a re-delivery form online. It got to the point where I started to add "ATTN USPS this is a deliverable address". After that I havent gotten the "undeliverable address" slip, but today I got a "No secure location available" when my community mailboxes have about 10 locked parcel boxes that the mailman has the key to. There is no longer any doubt in my mind that the delivery person is simply lazy and runs out of time to deliver packages. I am going to file every possible complaint with USPS about this location.

This post office is a complete joke. I dont know who is in charge or who is running it, but they are a sad sad joke. I dont know how there can be as many problems are there are and how it can be SO unorganized. I have made over 8 phone calls in less than a month, for SIX different packages. Every single package, without fail, requires one if not more phone calls to be made. I had given them instructions for my address, I have gone on USPSs website to setup instructions. The postman must be completely incompetent because he has no clue what he is doing. When I go in to pick up packages, it takes 15+ minutes for them to locate my package(s) because the place is so unorganized. I cant emphasize how horrible of service they provide. If I had any other option or company to have my mail go through, I would leave this joke of a post office in a heart beat!

I have an online business and bring a LOT of packages here. It used to be my favorite post office until a few months ago. They changed all the clerks and all the nice, respectful people are now gone. They put a bunch of milenials working on the front and they think they are being "polite" when in reality are just a bunch of rude people. Today, I took a prepaid Priority express envelope to have it scanned in along with a few regular Priority packages and the "new young guy" told me that they were not supposed to scan them for me because I paid those online and I get a discount so I dont take advantage of their service here, but that he was going to make and exception and do it anyways. What?! They even have a sign that says that Priority express packages need to be checked in! Rude, rude, rude!!! I never had a problem before. Not coming back here!

Our mail lady always smiles when I see her, BUT she doesnt deliver the mail until 5:00, doesnt close the door of the mail box, and wont deliver the mail if there is any snow in front of the box or if a car is parked in front of the box. I get the parked car blocking the box during the day concern but in the evening, when she delivers, people should be able to park there because the mail should have already been delivered. She has plenty of time to fill out the forms she leaves in our mail box threatening to stop mail delivery if we dont keep strangers from parking in front of our mail box. Just doesnt have the time to close the door of our box to protect our mail. I dont enjoy seeing her smiling face anymore because of the horrible job she does.
