I operate a large warehouse business in the Phoenix AZ area. Although I have drivers that deliver my product I had 1 driver call in sick on one of my busiest days. I checked online for a service that could assist in making my deliveries for the route driver that called in sick. I found Mercury Delivery Services name and called to see if they number 1- had a box truck capable of delivering pallets of my product. To my surprise they did! And the price seemed too good to be true, because after calculating my cost of paying my driver, my trucks fuel consumption, insurance on the vehicle AND the driver, Mercurys rates were about 1/3 less than my daily operating cost for that route. To include their driver actually completed the route in the same time my driver usually does (and Mercury did the route cold). Needless to say I am meeting with their representative after the holidays to work something out to have Mercury cover partial routes on an ongoing basis, to include covering for my regular drivers when they are sick or on vacation. I would definitely recommend Mercury Delivery Service!

The company I work for is located in Vancouver, B.C. We conduct yearly seminars in Tempe and need printed materials delivered from the printer to the hotel. I have been extremely happy with Kamyar and the service he has given, as well as the delivery drivers. Not only was Kamyar polite and courteous, he was thorough and followed through with our needs. In future, I will continue to use Mercury Delivery and will highly recommend them to anyone requiring great service and prompt delivery. I also like how their online payment process works. It is fast and easy!

I had one of those "oh sh#%#" moments as an executive assistant when I realized I shipped some very important meeting materials to the wrong place (I am in Chicago - the box was in Phoenix - I needed to find a local courier asap). Based on other positive reviews, I chose Mercury to handle it - and they did perfectly. Called me along the way as questions came up, called me to confirm the delivery had been made (as I requested); Id definitely recommend them and use them again! Thanks, guys!

I called today to get a quote and ran into a very unprofessional secretary named Chris. She was very profane on the phone and treated me like a telemarketer. I asked to speak to her manager or supervisor and then she hung up. Needless to say, Im not interested in doing ANY business with them in the Phoenix area.
