By the way ,MUST OF THE #5 STARS# REVIEWS WERE MADE BY THR COMPANY MANAGERS AND OWNERS. This is the testimony of a Quicksilver current driver, probably will be fired tomorrow after this comment. My driver ID is 669 AZ .I can basically say Quicksilver is one of the worst working environment . It is big promises but full of lies. basically this job is a commission-based so more you drive more you make but you barely make the minimum. When we get hired the HR employee Mr. Dave promised to make a minimum of 650$/ week up to $1,000 but when you got behind the wheels,the truth twisted hardly. First, according to the contract I suppose to work 40 hours/week ,but they force us to work 10 hours /day at least. driving my own modern car for 250/day to make a net income of

I wish I could give them no stars. We order our meds to be delivered by Phoenix Childrens Hospital Pharmacy and they use your services. This is the SECOND time that my sons medications were suppose to be delivered and they were not. It has been months since weve opted to use a delivery service unfortunately due to the excessive heat weve had no choice. The delivery company said they were left outside, which they were not and someone was home the whole day. My son has a heart transplant and is currently waiting at home for another these medications are his lifeline. I will NEVER use your delivery services again.

I have had a range of experiences with multiple different courier companies in the Phoenix area, and out of all of them Quicksilver Express has been the most courteous when it came to my needs and the needs of my clients. Their rates are very reasonable, and their drivers are always professional and courteous when they come in. I have recommended Quicksilver to others, and will continue to be a customer.

Repeatedly this company has delivered to the wrong company in our building, despite having them make a note in our file for only allow for my signature of receipt. Now they have lost half of my order, and since they had the other company sign for it instead of the correct one, no one was ever aware until it was too late. AWFUL COMPANY!!!

I was in Phoenix (from Washington state) and forgot to bring my spare medical pump. Called Accredo Specialty Pharmacy and they called QuickSilver and in a very short time they delivered! Driver was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this courier if you need something delivered quickly (same day) in the Phoenix area.

I was at Granite Reef and Indian School. The guy started honking at me to turn right onto Indian School, but there we still cars coming. He drove past me after I turned knocking his head with his finger to signal that I was not thinking. I honked my horn and he wound up flipping me off. What a professional driver.

Was followed by a Qucksilver Express Courier truck with a driver who tailgated me, and threatened to kill me while driving along side me. All of this with my wife and small child in the car. This is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone, let alone someone in a company vehicle. Avoid doing business here.

Jeff Sloan is terrible at customer service and has no idea what he is doing. How this guy got a job with this company I will never understand. Never again dealing with this place again. Worst customer service ever. No idea how this company stays in business.
