Im normally not one to write a review and I have had several PO boxes over the years for my business and this will be the first one I write. When I first moved to this location about 2 years ago. I was a bit disappointed in the way the staff was compared to the staff at my last location. And then Amber came here and my opinion quickly changed. She is a superstar employee and just a very friendly outgoing person that goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied and taken care of. Management should hire more like her and then the fact that they charge two dollars for tape, as I saw in an earlier review, would not seem so bad. I am in there daily and I have yet to see her anything but friendly and helpful even if she is extremely busy.

I am writing this because I needed a very small order of business cards made at the last minute (like 10 cards) FedEx and Staples couldnt help me and couldnt get it done as soon as I needed. Paula helped me (and my company) get what I needed done so fast I was shocked. I normally dont write reviews or get impressed easily but the level of customer service I recieved was top notch! Thank you for your help and I recommend this store to anyone who needs shipping, biz cards, or any other service they provide. In this day and age it is not common to get a personal touch and I appreciated it. Thanks again.

Absolutely terrible. I was helped by Sheryl who GUARANTEED delivery of my package before Mothers Day, 2 days later. I paid $43 shipping to guarantee this delivery date to be shipped from Arizona to California. Today is Mothers Day and the package is currently in Kentucky and wont be delivered for another 2 days. After contacting UPS customer service, I was told that the package did not arrive at the UPS shipping facility until 2 days after I had left it at the store. I do not recommend shipping from this store if you want your packages to be delivered when they say they will.

Showed up prior to the 7 PM closing time with four minutes to spare per the satellite time on my cell phone, and the guy at the counter had already shut the gate turned off the sign and put a cart in front of the entry door. I caught his eye and indicated that I had prepaid UPS drop off only, and he was still unwilling to take the delivery. All when he wasnt supposed to be closed yet. Really awesome customer service, really... I definitely wont be back to this location.

Outstanding service! Your employees were very polite, courteous and hard working. We had very large shipment and needed help packing and making sure our products got to their destination the next day. The UPS store employees did a great job. Went there 645 pm Monday eve and locked.up tight. Stores hours states p pen till 7pm Called next day to talk to manager, yeah I, still waiting on that callI. Not very customer friendly.
