The guy who owns this place is very, very rude. All year he has been denying my catalogs, and now that Ive gone to reluctantly renew, he is turning all my mail back after the other employee assured me that they would continue to take my mail, but charge a late fee for renewal. He is a vile and rude man with no customer service skills. He also needs to teach his employees their renewal policy. Do not go here, they send your mail and catalogs away. They only let 4 names in and they have to be specific to that name (my twin and I who get mail there both have gone by nicknames since we were born, and we have two last names, so you can see how bad this is.) We have had our packages returned multiple times by these guys because of this. I am paying 165 a year to not even get my mail? I dont think so.

The owner has professionally packaged a few electronic items for me and shipped them. He was polite and efficient, just what I needed. He also happens to collect books for the Foothills Animal Rescue Center which I appreciate.

Ignore this Keighsie. Shes been thrown out of 4 businesses in North Scottsdale. What a jerk. Ive done all my shipping for 5 years with Bobby and Chris at Postalmax. Nobody but nobody does a better job. End of story.
