I was excited to announce to my family back in Utah that I am expecting the first grandchild in the family. I spent hours working on the announcement and proudly went to this Post Office to send it off. I used a brand new box from their office and packaged it up there. I wrote the address clearly on the box and had the teller verify the destination. The receipt she gave me had the correct destination city and zip code. I tracked the package up until it was delivered on the front porch. I was shocked that it wasnt delivered to Utah, but instead on a front porch in Indianapolis, Indiana. Calling this office does nothing. The phone will ring a few times and then the call is ended. They do not answer and do not give a way to contact them. The only day I can go in is on Saturdays, but by then I feel it will be too late to retrieve my package from the incorrect address. I filed a case online and a clerk from a Post Office in Utah called me back and decided my package was sent to Indiana because I had used an old box that had the Indiana address written on it. Like I stated before, the box was brand new from the USPS office. My package was insured for $50 but the Post Office is not willing to help me figure out what went wrong or how to correct it.

Our apartments management office has stopped accepting packages in behalf of the tenants (probably because a package got lost/stolen/incorrectly given, whatever...). So now the postman leaves a note that says we have to pickup our packages at this post office. No problem, I understand... but what really boils me over, is that when I order something from Amazon Prime (2 day delivery), USPS would have the nerve to report an "Attempted Delivery..." even if the postman does not even go to our front door (I know because I work at home)! BUT, if you order an item on a Thursday or Friday and the promised delivery date is the coming Sunday, the USPS postman actually knocks on our door and delivers the package. So if I was Amazon and Im paying the USPS a premium on 2 day deliveries, would I (Amazon) not think that they are doing a disservice by not bothering to physically deliver the ordered items when it is Mon-Sat, and reporting an "Attempted delivery..." (as if it was the customers fault that they did not answer the door)?

The nicest thing that I can say about this location without crossing over into fiction is that everything here is run in the most incompetent manner imaginable. How a group of people can take so much time to product zero resolutions is beyond me -- its almost worthy of an act in Vegas. Youre better off using a flock of pigeons or a letter in a bottle in the sea to get your correspondences where they need to go. And the pigeon would probably have more intelligent answers to your questions, too. Two packages with tracking both went Malaysian Airlines at the hands of this post office in under four months time. Houdini himself would give a standing ovation to these buffoons.

By far the worst post office ive ever seen. The delivery driver never delivers packages since our apartment manager stopped accepting packages. Instead the mail man leaves a note in the afternoon when he brings the mail. When asked where the package is the mail man replied that its already at the post office since they dont deliver to my aprtment complex anymore. This post office is 4 miles away, so each item I order online, I have to drive 8 miles to get. EVERYTIME, even if someone is at home which I make sure of when we are expecting a package. This really defeats the purpose of ordering things online...

This post office SUCKS. The clerks are rude and inefficient, huffy and self-important. For a bunch of public servants, they act like they are gods - especially the African American woman. She thinks she is a queen. Meanwhile, she is just an uneducated public servant. Furthermore, the mailman they send to my place doesnt deliver, bills, postcards or my magazines! . The manager must be on antidepressants because Ive called about six times about non-delivery of my items and he just placates me and doesnt seem to give one crap. Take your business elsewhere!

Called on 10/20/2016 @ approx. 4:10 regarding an issue with a package for the company I work for. Call was eventually answered after SEVERAL rings by a "Nicole". I explained my situation and gave the tracking number for the package. "Nicole" asked me to hold and I have now been on hold for over an hour. My office closed 21 minutes ago. Thank you for completely ignoring my concern and placing me on hold indefinitely. I will be paying you a visit real soon to talk to someones face and I will be expecting an apology. Assholes.

Dont waste your time with Patti. She is brutal, rude and thoughtless. I was there to post a box abroad. I am sure that the To address on the box shouldnt be in English. She didnt accept and we decided to confirm with her supervisor. After about 8 minute it appaers that I was right. She was mad at me and instead of doing my work, she simply told me go to the other casheir and I dont want to do it for you. I believe that she judged me by my face and race. I am sincerely sorry for her. It is not acceptable at all.

Did an electronic mail hold for vacation and the service never resumed. 3 mailing days after the date the service was to be resumed, I had to call the post office location to see what the problem was. Nicole stated there was no mail for me and couldnt understand my problem. I explained the empty white USPS bucket had been sitting in front of my dwelling with a single mailbox. I have not received my payroll stub from one of the largest employers in Arizona, so my mail is somewhere.

To say this post office is a nightmare is an understatement. My apartment complex stopped accepting packages some time ago, so I now have to go to the Airpark location to pick them up. I have no problem with that, except that this year alone, at least 5 packages have been lost. The people there are absolutely miserable human beings to say the least. Rude and complacent. You can file a complaint online, but Ill wager itll fall on deaf ears.

So incredibly disappointed! I was on hold today for over 30 minutes before hanging up and calling back. I was told by ANDREW that he would call me back today once things were looked in to, & of course no one called me back. I STILL have a customer waiting on a package that no one can locate for me! 0 stars and I would NEVER recommend any one to use your services. I will not stop calling day until someone figures this out. UNACCEPTABLE!

Had a great experience. The woman behind the counter was very experienced; she had all of the package rates memorized. Needed something shipped quickly to Lancaster. She was very efficient and helpful. There was also a gentleman walking around asking everyone if they had in questions on sending their packages and suggested the most cost-efficient way for me to do so. This is a US Post Office? I didnt feel like going postal at all.
