This is a contract unit, so it doesnt have all the shipping amenities that a full post office would, but thats not really why Im giving it only one star. The women who work here are AWFUL. Unfriendly, unhelpful, half the time they dont even know what theyre doing, and they are slow as molasses. It is honestly worth the drive to another location just so you dont have to deal with this place!!!!!

This is just a USPS contract station. There are no regular mail envelopes. I was charged $6.45 for a regular mail instead of max of 75 cents which I usually pay. She gave me a priority mail envelope and said..only this is available here, and insurance was charged as well. Will not definitely go here next time.

Poor service + communication issues.May have been Over Charged on a Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope (almost $21.00)! They werent sure how to do a Priority Mail Express, but wanted $50.00 to "try"! If you dont know how to perform USPS services, you SHOULD NOT BE AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE FOR THEM!

Horrible location. You can look forward to waiting in an absurdly long line, regardless of time of day, only to be treated poorly by the rude, disinterested staff, who cant help you. This location also doesnt offer the full range of USPS services.

I sent one usps parcel post for which i am being charged $2.74. I have not been provided any tracking # by them. Moreover this facility doesnt look like standard usps...they didnt even explored other options. Very bad experience.

The woman that work there was absolutely rude talk to me like I was an 8 year old child I understand post office arent the funnest place to work but by God the rudeness was just unnecessary

When I tried to ship a package a while back, the employees werent very helpful and the post office portion keeps odd hours.
