Weve had our PO Box mistakenly closed so we didnt get any mail for nearly 3 weeks and its stayed just as terrible. When Im expecting various forms of mail and visit our PO Box daily to find it empty, its rather frustrating. Everyone hates junk mail but Id kill for some just to know that someone is doing their job. Ive even considered sending myself letters just to see how long it takes to get it, if at all. The staff have been nice when Ive spoken to them, but that doesnt excuse the seemingly rare service of delivering my mail. I have yet to have a single package arrive on the estimated delivery date in the year Ive used a PO Box. Yes, I understand that "estimated" is the key word here, but everyone else seems to hold up their end of Amazons guaranteed delivery dates for prime members. So, why cant they seem to get it right 25% of the time?

I had an insufficient address problem so I called customer service to schedule a redelivery attempt with the updated address, but the post office ignored that and sent it back to the sender. I also called the bountiful post office before I got in touch with customer service (to see where to be directed) because at the time Centerville was closed to see if I could get any point of direction and asking if they could help me out and the worker responded to me with a "nope". Terrible terrible customer care service.

Funny how every time I go into the Centerville post office they are looking for ways to NOT help me. I needed to tape a label to a box (two pieces of tape, literally) and they lectured me about buying tape and doing that at home so my package was ready (as I was standing there as the ONLY person in line). Every time I have a need to go to the post office I know, without a shadow of a doubt, they will provide the lowest level of service and that I will leave pissed off. And guess what.....happens every time.

Mail carrier didnt want to get rained on, so my package was not delivered. "Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)," according to the website, but the mail carrier left no notice. Too lazy to get out of the truck, I guess. Too lazy to use one of the AVAILABLE parcel lockers at the mailboxes (in the apartment complex). I guess the rain was too much for the carrier to handle.

The letter Carrier keep putting my mail in everyone elses Mail box and I have to search through everyones Mail box to find mine, although all boxes are clearly marked as to whose is whose dont they look at the names or do they just throw it in a box, as long as they go back without any in their truck i guess all is good, thats way we pay big dollars for their services

I have not have a good experience with this post office for years. They lost 1/3 of my wedding announcements back in April and then it took them almost a whole month to send a renewal form--which I now have a late fee for because it was post marked on March 8 when it was placed in the outgoing mail 3 weeks earlier.

My distant neighbors are getting sick of delivering my packages to me instead of the postman. Some of the packages contained medical items I need, so delivering them to the wrong house is a major issue. Thank goodness most people in Centerville are honest and make an effort to get the package to the right place.

Nice people at the actual office, terrible delivery of mail and packages. Weve had so many packages misdelivered or lost in the time weve lived in Centerville. Were having to consider sending things to my in-laws just so that we actually get packages. Its incredibly frustrating.

The post office workers are the best, my forwarded mail cant be much worse, handled by my delivery man. Ive only had 2 pieces of mail in 3 weeks. Whats he doing with all my mail ? Putting it in the circular file ?

Possibly the best USPS staff in the state. They always greet you with a hello and a smile. They serve each customer with care and respect. We drive past two other post offices to avoid rude and noncaring treatment.

Shipping here has become very poor. Lost. A couple packages and then it has taken much longer to process packages which has made it hard to satisfy customers.
