One star only because I cant give zero. The website says they accept General Delivery mail. I called 1-800ASK-USPS and they say this post office accepts General Delivery mail. So I have a package from South Dakota sent here. The tracking number shows it was DELIVERED here. I go to the Post Office and they inform me that they dont accept General Delivery and no idea where my mail would be since it never comes to their office. Despite the tracking number saying it was delivered there. Then after some talk in the back they tell me maybe it was rerouted to the one on Goodwin. Or maybe Prescott. Or maybe Dewey. Or maybe Returned to Sender. They just dont know. And then they wonder why theyre in so much trouble financially. Because the service sucks!! If I had sent it UPS I would have probably paid $2 more but it would actually go where I sent it, without me having to stand in line for 30 minutes just to get a bunch of BS and no package.

This post office also does not answer their phone. Ive attempted to get an answer 5 or 6 times. If youre lucky, the machine will eventually tell you that the machine is turned off. But why doesnt someone answer the phone--during regular business hours--to answer a quick question which could save my time and driving distance??

This post office sucks! They dont answer their freaking phone, and they dont turn on their answering service. The US Postal service wonders why people dont want to use them ship their packages; could it possibly be that their service sucks?

No stars isnt an option but refrain fron going to this post office the staff here are completely incompetent, they all are always rude and could care less about their service. NOT WORTH THE WAIT!

Theres no post office here. Wasted 20 minutes looking for it in the neighborhood. Turned out it was actually located at 9235 E Valley Rd, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 (Open 10:30 am to 4:00 pm M-F)

They NEVER answer the phone and are CONSTANTLY losing packages... And when you do get ahold of someone, they give you the run around. Its absolutely ridiculous.
