The people that work at our Post Office are the best. They do the best they can and always have time for you. Karen and Connie always greet me by name which makes you feel special. I now have home delivery and Carrie is the greatest. But for over 30 years I had a P.O. Box and got good service. I dont know the Postmaster so I cant comment except to say in the past the Postmaster was always front and center and took a leading roll in our community so I am disappointed in whoever has the job now. But at least the staff continue to do a good job.

Best post office on planet Earth! The small town feel is still alive at our home town post office. The people in and out visit and laugh, if you have an armload of packages people will hold the door or help you carry them. The clerks are mostly life time residents, and they care and they try to do a good job. Of course they know your name too...

Why are we not getting our mail. When we do get it, its so late that I cant get done what needs to get done. We had an important check coming from California. It was mailed last Thursday registered mail. It was tracked to Phoenix on Saturday. Phoenix is 90 minutos away. It is now Wednesday and as of 8:00 pm we have received no mail???????????

This USPS has the absolute most friendliest professional people Ive dealt with in Camp Verde yet. I walk in the door and the employees have my packages already to go sitting on the counter to save me time as soon as they see my car pull up. They have even walked them out to me when they witnessed me struggling to find my box. I love this place!

Please pick-up and empty the outside mail boxes! They are full both to the top. Is there something going on in Camp Verde with the Postal service? Mom needs her Electric bill and just went to USPS in Camp Verde and boxes are full to the top for out going mail as well as no mail being delivered to her home.

Best Post office I have ever dealt with. Monique, the Post Master, went above and beyond to help me with a package that Phoenix had lost, and our mail lady, heather, has been amazing. I would give them 20 stars if it were allowed.
