This is honestly the worst experience I have had at a store in a long time and it has happened multiple times too. I have ordered multiple things online and when they ship with USPS my items always get lost. I have had items that are really expensive and they just left them at the door without a signature. Today I also had 2 items that I ordered that were being delivered today to two different locations and I was at work all day and my 1st package said it was delivered so I went to check the mailbox at work and nothing was there not even a notice. So I went online to the USPS site and they said no one was there to accept the package so they left a notice. I was at work all day and nobody showed up to drop off a package or leave a notice. My second package also said it was delivered today at my house in the mailbox so I went to check the mailbox and it was completely empty. I than proceeded to go to the USPS store and ask where my packages are, and she went in the back to see if she could find them and she could not. I said if it says it was delivered then where is it? She said it was still on the mail carrier and it will be delivered tomorrow. I said if it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow then why does it say it was already delivered? And she replied with the same answer as before. This is honestly terrible business and I will be doing my business elsewhere from now on and so should you.

I am unsure of what is happening w the Prescott postal service, but whatever it is it is its not good! I very rarely use mail, I probably only mail things about a total of 10 times per year. Out of the 4 years Ive lived in Prescott Ive had at least 5 very important documents or letters become "lost in the mail." And not to the same recipients. Its absolutely astounding. Some have even showed up at the desired recipient over a month after I mailed them. By far the most incompetent organization ever. Sad to not be able to put a stamp on something and be confident it will arrive where it is addressed to in a timely fashion. Several of the things that became lost were even addressed to go to Prescott. So frustrating. When making a complaint about 2 particular items mailed at the same time going to 2 different addresses in AZ, both arriving over one month late to their destination that were time sensitive documents, the post office manager seemed like he has heard this so many times before and couldnt care less. I walked away from this knowing I cant trust the mail in Prescott, lol!

so you get a p.o. box when you are unable to go to the post office during regular business hours: not to get a pick up slip to get your package during normal business hours. this will be the fifth occurrence in which i will have to take time from work to track this package, you got it, during "normal business hours". i have called about this numerous times, though, as today, the phone has a busy signal, or is never answered. i didnt even know busy signals still existed. i am looking for an alternative!!!!

I have had nothing but great service every time I go in to this post office. I run a small business and Im in there up to 4 days a week sometimes. Even when there is a line out the door i have never waited longer than 15mins. The people behind the counter are kind and helpful. They have a stressful job with grumpy costumers sometimes and they are always nice no matter what. This is one errand I dont mind running! Thank you all for making it easy!

Im here 2 yrs now and in the begining it was rough but do not have a problem now with international or domestic shipmemts or mail. Im in and out and its great. Probably even better these last few months.... long lines ?Go up a few blocks there is another post office folks. People wait for stamps when they can get that at any grocery or drugstore but overall its not a bad experience.

I called the post office on Miller Valley Rd in Prescott AZ and spoke with Lynn about a package I mailed from my place in California. It was sent to my niece who lives in the outskirts of Prescott, not far from town center, but still, not an urban area. Lynn talked with me, explained what I needed to know, was reassuring, very helpful and courteous. Thank you, Lynn.

Only have to go to post office once a year or so, thank goodness. Tried twice today. In am, one clerk working, 23 people ahead of me. Left, returned 2 hours later, not a parking place to be had. Trying again at 4:30. No wonder post offices around the country are closing. People are finding other methods to mail so they dont have to deal with this issue.

Majority of the complaints are completely accurate! to the whole county of post offices, the post master is not doing his job well nor directing his employees well, he dont even have a voicemail, how professional!!1 these are the people we trust with everything!!! I will be making a huge complaint way above our postmaster , disgusted

I absolutely hate calling this post office on the phone; going in to the post office is okay, they will be polite if they see you in person. However, if you need something on the phone, expect them to be not only unhelpful but also rude.

Very good. Randy picked up the phone quickly even though they were closed and it was after hours. Explained a small problem and he took care of it quickly .He even called back to confirm problem was solved. No complaints here.

I love this Post Office - the people are truely friendly and the move quickly along. I would always rather go to this post office rather than swing by the BIG one in Prescott.

if youre trying to get them on the phone, just keep calling and bug the hell out of them. Took about 5 consecutive calls but I finally got thru.

Slowest and worst attitudes Ive ever seen... Go to Chino or downtown Prescott and youll see the difference.

Typical small town service: friendly, fast and reliable.
