GARY is So Rude. I talked to him over the phone he was talking so fast and he just wanted to hang up and he didnt listen carefully. I asked him to slow down im having hard tim understading you and I kept telling him correct name and spelled out and told him numbers cleary a few times and he still getting worng and he doesnt even double check he just kept trying to hang up and say bye when I wasnt even done talking to him. SO MY PACKAGE BEING SENT TO MY PREVIOUS ADDRESS THAT I LIVED IN AND I ASKED HIM IF HE CAN FOWARD IT AND HE ASKED ME MY NAME SO I TOLD HIM AND HE SAID HE WILL CLAIM A FILE TO FOWARD AND GOT MY NEW ADDRESS AND HE HUNG UP. Apparently he didnt foward my package i called him again and he said "i told you the name you gave me isnt matching with the name on the box." And i asked him nicely why didnt you tell me? He said i did i did i told you the name was wrong and legally i cant just foward it blah blah and HE DIDNT TELL ME THAT AND HE GOT MY NEW ADDRESS AND NAME AND HE SAID HE WILL FOWARD IT. But HE WOULDNT STOP TALKING. I was just going to ask him if he can check it one more time but he wouldnt listen and kept talking over me. So i had to raise my voice a little and told him just check the name one more time and he said WRONG name. I spelled my name out he said WRONG. 3times. So i was a little bit confunsed because i ordered with my name. So i spelled my name one more time LOUD AND CLEARLY. And he said "OH YEA YEA. Thats correct." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? PUT SOME HEARING AIDS IF YOU CANT HEAR. OR JUST TAKE YOUR TIME FOR YOUR CUSTOMER . I DIDNT ASK YOU ANYTHING HARD.

Dropped off a package (expensive) to an older gentleman and asked for a receipt but was told that I didnt need one because it was a pre paid label and they scan in the item. 3 months goes by and the company that needed the package never received it and now im responsible for the lost package because I dont have a receipt showing that I dropped it off. This post office needs to be accountable for this but has decided to stick it to the customer. Horrible experience and customer service, stay away from this store or make sure you dont listen to their employees and get a receipt every time no matter what. Lesson learned.

They are scheduled to open at 8:30am but dont open on time. I arrived at 8:30am and the door was closed. Waited several minutes and still nothing. I could hear people laughing and talking inside so I know the workers were in their. I knocked a few times and no one came out. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had a package showing delivered that I had never received. I reported it the next day and by the end of the day it had been located, picked up and redelivered to my home, and I had been personally called and updated during the process. Great recovery and customer service.
