I had ordered a package for delivery online. USPS tracking website said delivered but it wasnt. While trying to figure what number and office I needed to contact to see where my package was, I called this office. If I could have given zero stars I would have, the boy who answered the phone said "Uh you need to call the 1-800 number its on the website, I dont know it off the top of my head" in any customer service job it is key to know all pertinent information. So unsatisfied will ALWAYS choose FedEx over USPS!!!

Lines are always long and the staff never seems to care. I have seen numerous times when there is a long line and a staff member will look up and go to lunch. I am not sure if this is a problem with only this location or every post office-- I just try to stay away from them altogether.

I mail packages from here once in a while and although the line can sometimes be a little long the lady here is super nice and helpful. For amounts over or under $5 you need cash, I forget which. Be prepared and bring some cash just in case!

This is an embarrassment to the US Postal Service and to Scottsdale, very ill kept convenience store, I just stopped to mail a letter and was accosted by two male beggars who apparently feel free to hang out in front and bother patrons!

Moved from out of State ordered new auto plates never received them and never got returned to sender been over 2 months. Still missing had to order duplicate plates used FedEx and got them. But Original plates still missing.

Very slow post delivery people. Takes over an hour and a half to fill a fairly small set of apartment boxes. Blocking traffic in the complex during the busiest time of the day. 0 stars.
