Well.... Our current postman is a scared of our extremely friendly and licky heeler/Australian-Shepherd mix. If our puppers is even visible the post man doesnt even stop. My dad used to try and apologize for our dog scaring the postman, and whenever the postman sees my dad (friendliest guy ever) waiting by the mailbox he just drives past to the next house. The postman constantly leaves the mail box door open, and never walks packages to the door. He just leaves them leaning against the curb. Or on top of my parents brick mailbox. We also get lots of neighbors mail, which sucks because then I have to be social and deliver the mail to my neighbors. Man, I really miss our old postman. Oh... And then the post office itself is a drag on a good mood, most of the helpers are grumpy. One helper charged me for 12 inches of tape to seal a padded envelope thing. After waiting all day in line, sometimes youll get a cheerful lady that helps you, but most of the time youll get the attitude-induced kid that doesnt want to be there. But you cant really expect "private-sector" service from our federal government. One thing I do find really convenient, is that they close right when most people get off work

I was looking for a post office in the area and ended up coming across this post office location. I was expecting to have a bad experience because of the reviews, but ended up being pleasantly surprised! I needed to send off 2 packages and the woman at the front desk not only helped me select boxes that would best fit my packages, she ended up helping me to save $6.00 by letting me know of the best method for me to ship my packages. Even though it was still expensive to ship my stuff, I was still very pleased with the help I did receive and money I saved. Thank you for your help! I hope others start to have positive experiences at this location too.

The worst post office ever. No one will answer the phone and when they do they cant give you a clear answer. We moved in a month ago and still not mail. They wont install the cluster boxes and they will not deliver my mail to me. I went to order something online and went to use my credit card, and it was declined. I called the bank and they said they mailed new cards out several weeks ago, so they canceled the old ones. News to me since I did not receive them. I cant wait until we dont get out bills. Im still waiting on a package I purchased several months ago. What a joke and what a waist of money from the government.

The mail carrier in my area continuously puts mail in the wrong boxes. About a month ago my son was selected to attend a activity with school for all his hard work. The school mailed out letters, but I never received his because of the carrier putting it in the wrong box. The neighbor that had the letter, seldom checks their box. So there for due to this carriers stupidity of not paying attention my son had no idea and was unable to attend this activity. Thanks for nothing Ben Lomond station.

My postal b&*ch threw a box with glass against my wall and broke it. Live plants put in metal box on a 90 degree day when box says hand to addressee. Puts my packages in front of gate where anyone can steal them. She hands packages for neighbors or puts behind their gates. How do I know this? Security cameras around my house. She will soon be a YouTube star and much hated. Supervisor said they cant make her do it right. This JA must be stopped.

People are fairly nice and quick, but the phone will never be answered so dont waste your time. They should be open till 6 because most people have jobs, there is construction on my road so they wont deliver and their hours make us go weeks between picking up mail sometimes. The lines are crazy long at times and I feel like they should have a few extra staff.

No one answers the phone. I believe a package was delivered last week, but I received the wrong locker key. I opened up the locker, and it was empty. It has now been 6 days after "delivery," and I still do not have my package. When I visit the location, it is a typical post office experience. I guess the lesson here is do not call them.

Im constantly getting other peoples mail and have twice now, had a package Ive ordered online, delivered to the wrong address (In 3 months). Its very frustrating when I need those packages by a certain date for a specific purpose. Also, Ive had envelopes delivered that had been opened and had things taken from them.

Called them and ask about a package that said was out for delivery three days ago and they said they would look into it and have not heard back. Tried calling a few times and no answer and even tied to ask the post lady who delivers my mail but she was to busy talking and the phone while making her deliveries.

Someone stole my mail out of my mail box. Im not sure if the postman picked it back cause I have been out of town or someone else took it. I have been trying to call the post office but no one answers the phone. It just keeps ringing. How can you run a business this way?

I visit this PO several times a week to mail packages. Lines can be long if you go at lunchtime or after 4 pm but most other times there are short waits. The personnel there are always friendly and helpful! Ive really not had a bad experience there.

I dont like going here. Lines are long. Too few staff. They close at 5:00 and this is an in-convenience. They need to stay open til 6:00 and have more people. I understand cuts in spending, but customer service for the public would sure help to.

The employees at this location have always been very helpful with my packages. Every time I sent a box to my soldier they helped me make sure my customs forms were in order and that I was sending the most cost effective way for me.

Never ever delivers packages on time. And never answers the phone. Why do you even have employees if they dont do the damn job. May as well have people go pick up their own mail from this place it would definitely be faster.

Never pick up the phone.... long lines... theres one guy there thats super nice but Ive had bad experiences with this location.
