I would give it less if I could. Probably the most unhelpful post office Ive ever been to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or otherwise. I wasnt there the first time they delivered my package so I scheduled a redelivery...which they never did. Then when I called they found it and put it on the truck only to fail to deliver it...despite me updating my preferences to "no signature required." Then when I was finally able to go pick it up in person they couldnt find it. I was told "its not here." And that they couldnt help me. So where the hell is it?? I still dont have my package, nor do I know where the hell it is. EDIT: I forgot to mention, they are a fan of letting the phone ring for extended periods of time. Dont even bother calling any later than 4:15pm (they close at 4:30pm), they WILL NOT answer.

I do like how the place is big and everything. There are employees who I like that are nice especially the guy Dude (not sure if thats his real name probably not) as I havent had a problem with anyone yet. I do agree how it is slow processing transactions and the problem with their rural carriers delivering mail into my neighborhood is pathetic! They never last in my neighborhood, sticking the wrong mail into other peoples boxes, never knocking on my door if I or my parents have a package just let it sit on the ground until I get home and find it, etc. This is still an ongoing problem since we moved to AZ in 96 and they got excuses as to why they cant deliver the mail which I am going to have a talk with their supervisor next week.

The postal carriers are terrible. They have been delivering our mail to other addresses in the neighborhood and when we have a box they leave it in an unlocked mail box for anyone to open and steal. They have put our inbound packages in the box and put the key in another mail box, thank God our neighbors were trustworthy because they held it and gave it to us.. I have had to call the post office and complain to a supervisor and they always say that the carrier was a substitute that day.. You should fire a carrier if they do this too much and it has happened way too much for our address.. So we have decided after at least 6 screw ups from these crappy postal carriers that were never using USPS again...

Basically the worst experience ever. Joe confreres (the manager) at this location was incredibly rude while I was trying to figure out where my package was. Not only did they send it to Missouri the first time, they tried delivering the package around 9 am when I was told they would be here by noon. With previous experiences I had my mail close to noon, the earliest a little after 10am. Considering I was still asleep when they came by and now dont know where the package is, this is a huge problem and I will avoid using usps whenever possible. Joe ( the manager) was not helping with finding the package, he refused to attempt looking for it. Im done with this place, Im taking my business elsewhere.

This is the first review I have ever written in my entire life, I am a very patient person but I have had it with this place! They have delivered multiple packages to the wrong address and they were never recovered. I have lost money because of whatever ditzy mail man delivers to my complex. I had to have them put me on a list ensuring that all of my packages are set to the side so that I can pick them up myself because of their incompetence. (Which by the way, causes me added stress because I work during their hours of operation and can only pick up on Saturdays) They also NEVER answer the phone! Who is running this place?!?!

I went in to have two small packages weighed. Didnt need postage, just needed them weighed for eBay shipping costs, and I dont own a package scale. Ive gone to several USPS locations to have stuff weighed and they had no problem at all, because it is literally what theyre doing all day. The only difference is that I didnt need postage. So I told the guy that I just need them weighed, and he acted confused and looked at me like I was stupid. So he miserably weighed them for me as if it was the hardest thing he had ever had to do. It took like 10 seconds. Dont know what the big deal was. Not courteous at all.

Worst post office in the country. I have had mail delivered to neighbors, checks to be exact. Packages delivered to wrong houses, you name it. Whatever packages are not undelivered I have to trace them to the post office where they fish around in the back to find them. I no longer feel comfortable having packages sent to my house. This is horrible. Ill need to get A Po box just to ensure I get my mail. Im going to research how to put a complaint in to have this post office investigated for mail fraud. If anything theyre careless beyond all reasonable doubt.

I admit I dont know how their system works but Ive had a package sitting in this location for three days. I finally decided to go down there because for whatever reason, my package wasnt being delivered to me from them. They were closed, but a women was standing at the door and I said "oh no are you guys closed?" And she just snaps on me "WERE CLOSED!" So I said oh okay, this is where Id pick up a package right?" And she snaps again "I SAID WERE CLOSED" and shuts the door in my face. Rudest women ever. I wish my package went to any other location.

Absolutely the worst management!! Generally good, competent people at the windows, but incompetent, unconcerned, uncaring management! USPS seems to have a knack for placing arrogant people in management and allows them to hide. When called to a window, the manager at this facility had to keep asking the person servicing the neighboring window about USPS options and procedures!! If this were a privately run company, they really would be out of business. I wouldnt give them less than 1 star if it were possible!

Horrible service. So rude! Holding my package hostage for 10 days now. After sending my package back to the post office because the delivery person was too lazy to take my package up stairs. Can never reach anyone the phone just rings and rings. Theres no automated system and no information. Absolutely ridiculous. After spending a stupid amount of money on shipping - when you do reach someone they act like theyre doing you a favor and you have inconvenienced them by calling. Feels So disappointing.

I requested that office hold my mail for one week, specifically waiting for a package that I did not want out for delivery. I had a tracking number on item and when I went to Post Office to pick up, they tracked my package and it told me it was out for delivery. Luckily I was there before the carrier had left. Obviously, some of their employees, are incompetent, or their system is flawed. Sad day when you cant trust your package being in your possession with the postal service.

My mail usually arrives ripped or damaged. Usually if it appears like it might contain something good. I have bills partially ripped open as if someone looked for a check. Ive had packages arrive the same way and Ben told its inspections ? For what ? You can scan them and see they dont have a bomb ! My items should be safe ! And should arrive to me without damage. For how much your employees get paid they shouldnt get away with theft.
