PACKAGE LOST! CANT WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I ship product daily and normally have USPS pick up, but I figured Id save the post man some energy and drop off my most recent package to the post office nearby which happens to be this location on Broadway and the 101. They have the WORST service ever to start with, all rude and not helpful. I dropped off and 2 days later(NOW) im tracking the item and it still has not left or even been scanned. I Tried calling them, and I literally had to called 5xs before someone had answered. Let the phone ring for 10 minutes a piece!! Spoke to Ronnie on the phone. (Female) , she was not helpful at all. Continued to give me information irrelevant to the reason I was calling and failed to understand , let alone solve the problem I called in to receive help about. I very rarely take the time to write reviews unless I seriously think they deserve it. Im tired of post offices not doing their job. Their the worst company ever and I wish there was another standard service to use. Im STILLLL on hold while the RONNIE is in the back searching for my lost package. I am very upset. ...........................10 mins later Ronnie comes to the phone only to let me the package can not be found anywhere and it has not been shipped so she has to issue a "Search" for it. HOW CAN PEOPLE RELY on getting things to people when stuff like this happens?!?! IT seriously pisses me off about it that I cant do anything else but write a review and hope it helps someone somewhere somehow.

The Good: Location. Its right off the 101 so no matter what part of your drive its on, its easy to hop on and off to. Easy Drop Off Counter. The very right counter is used to drop off your prepaid, prelabeled packages. No need to wait in line. This is a great service for the pros. Some Post Offices make you wait in line, so you really save a ton of time. Lots of easy parking. Its just one lot with no mazes. Easy in and easy out. The Bad: When its busy, the line slows to a crawl. Its the same exact customer service as any other post office. Its a thankless job unfortunately, so everyone suffers. Homeless people sometimes beg outside of the doors. No automated vending services or machines of any kind. Overall, this location is an asset. I like that its one of the smaller ones, as the bigger ones have even longer lines and more difficult parking. The employees are just fine. Just set your expectations low, and learn how to pack and ship your items using prepaid labels, and half your battle is won.

I wish I could tell you the name of the woman Im writing this about, but she didnt have a name tag and never said who she was on the phone or in person. We called Saturday to ask to have our packages set aside that were "undeliverable", because my husbands name wasnt in the mailbox. Today we went into the post office and after waiting 30 mins were greeted by her by extremely rude attitude and rolling eyes. After reeming us about not having his name in the mailbox and saying they didnt have the packages, she then magically found the packages and very literally threw them in front of us. She treated every single person that came up to her like this. After we left I called to speak to a manager, and was told I couldnt speak to a Manger until I gave them my address. Since I wasnt going to give them my address I decided to leave this review hoping someone will see it.

Bought something from a friend that cost hundreds of dollars, and saw some movement in the tracking number then suddenly stopped for one week. Called customer service, took half an hour to get any help at all. Old lady who probably is Hindu/Mexican named Pinky(?) helped me, thanked me for my patience. USPS went in to investigate, took about a day to file the complaint then a day later finding that it ended up at a different location in AZ. No call backs, email said that its out of their jurisdiction even though they have an address. Not sure if that makes any sense, but I paid hundreds for that item. Would be nice if they did something about it. If only there was a special request not to have packages that arent necessary for shipping through certain states, would be better. Id REALLY like my package, or my money back, or both.

Customer service was terrible from one teller who was racist. I was paralyzed on my entire left side and 6months pregnant and received a notice saying i had to pick up at post office or have a representative. Well i had my fiance do so and she told him that he couldnt do it for his kind of people. So my fiance came and picked me up and carried me into the office and showed her why i couldnt have came in and thats when she said he was making her nervous and needed to back up but i could stand there. Remind you im paralyzed and pregnant. He did nothing to make her say these things. Horrible service and this lady needs to realize she is in America and there are different races here.

This office is a prime example of why people dont trust government agencies to perform. They are apparently lazy and feel absolutely zero accountability. When we moved to the area, we had to complete a new resident card that the carrier would pick up so we could receive our mail. After 2 full days (and likely a 3rd but giving benefit of doubt due to when placed in the box) in the box with the flag up, I finally had to call the office. The person who answered had no personality and was not at all pleasant. Also, out of 2 times having to call, they simply dont answer the phone. I have been trying for 20+ minutes this morning and no one answers. And yes, they are open.

Paid for 1 day shipping and to my apartment and I got a text update saying my package wasnt delivered due to "no secure location" and that a notice was let for me with further details. No one knocked on the door, no notice left on the door nor in the apartmental office, as well as no package left in my mailbox nor in the apartment office. Been getting mail just fine here for the past 3 months, and all of a sudden my mailbox and apartment office is an unsecured location. Its not, its the lazy mail carrier not wanting to do the job. Pathetic. Ive got 2 more packages that are supposed to be here today, lets see if they screw this up as well.

Let me simplify my comment to just rating them from 1-5 and 5 being the best Friendliness: 1 Care: 1 Will help you if item have not been received for over two weeks: 2 Will use their tool/resources to help you: 2 Brief Comment: If you need info from your package and you are being helped by an elderly man that wears glasses, white hair, 510. He will not use his tools to help you, he will give you a run around, he will just give you an attitude if you are trying to get more details out from him. Their motto seems to be "ask for little info or help and we will be in good terms, ask for more questions and Ill give you a fit."
