After patiently waiting in line at my local USPS store, (Mt. Ogden) I finally got to the front of the line. I was then dealing with Dave, the cashier. I told him that I needed to track some stuff and to void a few labels because I wasnt able to get ahold of the Customer service reps on the 800 number. I explained to him that I had already tried tracking the packages, but it wasnt giving me up to date tracking info on my end. Dave then says I dont have time to do this. I have all of the customers behind you. I replied, I waited patiently behind the others also. He got super irate and stormed off to the back to track my packages. He came back saying that I shouldve just paid $23.00 for express shipping. He was so rude, next time I will go to UPS. I shipped out my items on Tuesday, and the following Tuesday my packages were still not delivered, and I picked 2-3 day shipping. Im sure there are people out there that would appreciate Daves job more than he does obviously. Im sad to see that my tax dollars go towards paying such a rude "customer service rep".

I went in at about 1:30 on a Wednesday. It wasnt busy at all, and as the clerk was preparing my package to send he noticed I had a paper on how to change your address online. He offered me another package on how to change it on paper and informed me it is free on paper but costs money online. Then he told me I saved 6-7 dollars by using a flat rate box, and that if I hav gone off of weight alone I would have spent $20+. It wasnt a very heavy package at all, so I was grateful that he let me know that just to be nice. As usual, he informed me when my package would arrive at its destination. Im very pleased, this USPS branch does not match the other low reviews given.

The Post Office clearly made a mistake with my package. Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, two managers decided to argue with me about the semantics of what "my package not being delivered/missing" means. I have never interacted with any other person in a managerial position who was more oblivious to their job: a middle management employee who oversees operations for the sole purpose of ensuring customer satisfaction. Only an organization like the Post Office could have a supervisor this obtuse. The United States Post Office is a malignant cancer and overdue for removal. What a waste of federally subsidized money.

Get a visit from my neighbor sayin she didnt get her mail because i parked to close to her mailbox. I cleared the mailbox plenty but because the lazy ass doesnt wanna get out of his/her truck, its just better to make people drive to the post office to pick up their mail their self, isnt it? God forbid anyone who has a government job have to walk a couple feet once in a while

There super friendly at the office but dont try and call. Been to the office twice in one month and still no one seams to know where the hell our mail is. Ironically the post man says he delivered it. However my box is always empty. We just moved to 84403

Nobody has contacted me about my package that should have been delivered over a week ago... This is after Ive went in with my pink slip since they "missed me" when I was home, regardless they dont have it there or can get it to my house.

Susana and Dave are both excellent post office employees. They were helpful in both opening a post office box and figuring out the best way to send mail as needed without being toon expensive. Also, location very clean and modern! :)

Our postal worker ALWAYS losses our packages, and delivers to the wrong house.... several times. I am missing $400 in tools, that show were delivered on my porch Saturday... I was home all day. Never say the guy
