Such rudeness...I was dropping off a prepaid return and asked for a receipt. The older woman rudely snipped, "We dont give receipts here. You have to go to the main post office for that." What? Isnt this an official post office? And that was at 2 pm today---it is now 8:30 pm and it has yet to be scanned. Do they not ship the day of? Or who knows if she just decided to "lose" my package? Now Im worried Im gonna end up paying for the returned items. Im making a complaint to the USPS. Her attitude was really uncalled for. My advice is to drive up the few miles to Greenway where the postal workers are much more pleasant and helpful.

Two window post office inside the Hallmark store. There is not usually a long wait. Some of the employees seem to not enjoy their job. Or maybe its because the Hallmark employees are really nice. They charge for packing tape. Be prepared if you forgot to tape your package first.

This USPS is located inside a Halmark store! Does have a mail box outside but mail doesnt get picked up until 4:30 p.m. and that I believe is only few times a week. Cant understand difficulty in finding a "true" dedicated post office near Paradise Village?

Very unpleasant experience .Worst customer service, very very rude and unhelpful management !!!!!Unfortunately our family friend who has heart condition end up calling paramedics after her visit to this store! Will continue writing bad reviews !

Karen was rude and put the phone down and let it sit so she would not be bothered by the phone. When I called back she hung up. Never use their services!!!!!
