The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to me, I have rented a box there for a couple years. Theyve helped me ship some large, heavy and awkward items with no grumbling and the recipient was happy. They do get busy but wait times arent more than a few minutes. Having owned a business, I give credit to the knowledgeable staff who doesnt bumble through everything, they actually handle it.

Closed at 3pm on Saturday. Door was locked a few minutes before 3pm. Staff still inside wouldnt even look up. Here is a shipping office in the middle of a shopping district that closes at 3, but head up on the bench into more residential areas and the UPS store is open later. Makes no sense. Go to FED EX if you have the option.

I had to go here to pick up a package. The girl working at the register was nice, but the gray-haired man (Bill) wasnt helping people, and there were four people standing in line. Bill was arrogant and pompous when I asked him for help, and then refused to help. Hello FedEx. I dont care if you cost more.

Great service! We have had a box for a year and a half. They know who we are and are always very helpful. We travel and need things sent once in awhile or need to check and see if something has arrived. They are always super helpful!

Painfully slow, they have attitudes also. I just want to drop a package off and not spend all day in the process! If you can theres a FedEx office less than 5 mi in any direction from this place.

Friendly staff, location a bit inconvenient to enter. Closed on Sundays and no after hour keys allowed. If you need after hour pickups, then this is not the place for you.
