This is the WORST carrier Ive ever seen. Ill routinely have packages that track to this location and get stuck there for 4-5 days!!! They have delayed my packages on 10+ occasions. I would NEVER EVER choose to use FedEx but often times businesses I purchase through do and 9/10 times the package is 2-3 days past the their own tracking ETA. Ive received 100s of packages from UPS and I never have a single problem. EVERYONE USE UPS, USPS, ONTRAC, OR ANYTHING ELSE BUT AVOID FEDEX IF NORTH SALT LAKE WILL BE TOUCHING IT!!

At home all day. No call or knock or contact made, but claims "customer not home". FedEx tells me I can come pick up the package if I need it. I can come get it?? So....what am I paying you for exactly???
