I have been a customer since they first opened Ahwatukee location. I was introduced to Tide Cleaners the Frank Lloyd Wright location by a co worker in Scottsdale. I was so happy finally one would be opening in Ahwatukee and offered pick up and delivery service. I absolutely love the friendly staff the personal touch of getting to know you is top notch. From the moment youre greeting dropping off your clothes at their easy drive thru drop off. Friendly smiling people addressing you by name its a real Vip feeling. Some say the prices are high. With alll the extra services its worth a little more. Friendly staff, 24 hr pick up and drop , computer inventory for no lost items , drive thru , home pick up and delivery, monthly coupons. Great job Tide Ahwatukee !!

I was impressed by their 24/hr self service window (really smart solution). I needed two shirts pressed in a pinch and they did it in 10 mins! They were extremely helpful. I hope more of these open up in Phoenix. P&G needs to take note that this is a successful business model.

Excellent service, including drive up drop off, 24 hour drop and pick up. My clothing does not have a chemical odor and instead has a fresh scent. They are Worth the slight difference in price!
