It took 3 weeks before I had to finally get my money refunded for my sons urn and go to another funeral home. They were quick at taking our money and told us it would take a little over a week for us to get everything. They would not call us to let us know what was going on, we had to go down there or call every other day to find anything out. Once we asked for a refund they were very quick at writing out a check with not even an apology or even tried to keep us there. We had ordered our urn customized, this being said we strongly believe that they had not even placed our order yet as there would be no way for them to resale what we ordered. Simple communication would have been great as we understand this is a business and there is steps to take. We have never done anything like this before and if we would have known what we knew now we would have never even stepped foot into this place. This is something that should have never happened, it is already devastating on us we lost our son.

I dont understand the hold up. We have had two funerals there in the past year with ceremony for cremation and it literally took 1 week for the cremations and name plate. This last funeral we had in the week of April 19th, we did a viewing and cremation after, it took a month and a few days to get her ashes. That is extremely long for ashes. And the name plate that was included in the package was never made for my grandma. They kept making excuses saying it hasnt arrived in the mail. Now my grandmas urn sits here still with no name plate still waiting for that phone call they have her name plate. *I will update review when I get her plate, if I get it!! * Very upset they held her ashes for so long for a name plate, when our other deceased family members literally took a week.

Had my cuzins funeral there last weekend nothing worked my cuzins mom had to take over the services they closed the sign in book earlly the only thing was the preacher and his son
