Redwood doesnt even deserve 1 star!!! Worst place ever to bury your love one. Our family had purchased several plots over 15yrs ago. Our brother passed away last week and his body is being flown in today. Well we were planning to receive his body at the airport (escort passes approved and already obtained by airline and airport) but thanks to the rude representatives of Redwood, we wont be greeting him at the airport. Theres a FEE for their time. They also told us we could only see our brother for no longer than 15 minutes per day limit of 2 persons at a time. Anytime after 15 min will be charged at $200/hour. WOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION WHILE WE ALL GRIEVE THE LOSS OF OUR BROTHER!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY

My family and I wanted to thank you the staff for a comforting experience during our hard time. Desiree and Jonel were very professional and patient while guiding us through the process, and other office staff and attending staff were helpful and pleasant. The facility isnt new and bright but it is well kept. The cemetery is spacious and well maintained. The plot we chose for our father has a great view, looking out to the valley and beyond are the mountains. Its centrally located so it is convenient for us visit regularly. Thanks again.

Please contact people and reply to customers that have loved ones buried here, Memorial Mortuary is slacking in communicating and responding to customers about replacing and maintenance once they have received their money you will not hear from them its the business.Redwood Memorial Mortuary and Cemetery is more preoccupied with burying people and the commissions.

The graveside service was the best set up I have ever expereinced. It was cold and they even had heaters and hand warmers.
