Cabinets are nice but their service is terrible. They always tell you delivery in two weeks but its always at least three weeks, and thats for delivery to their warehouse. Then you have to schedule delivery and installation to your house. The only two people who seem to know anything are David and Dorothy, the owners. If you call and they arent available, forget getting help from anyone else. The staff who answer the phone never ask if you want to leave a message, they just tell you to call back. Thats because they never return calls. You have to keep calling until the person you need to talk to is there and available. And its up to you to keep calling. They dont ever call you, for instance, to tell you your cabinets are in or to schedule installation. Its like pulling teeth to get information and get anything done. The cabinets seems to be good quality. I ordered dark wood finish and I like the color but they do show fingerprints and dust, so Im still deciding if that was the right choice. I have ordered white cabinets for the laundry room, so well see if I like those better.

if i could give a negative stars i would I was told id get my cabinets the 15th then the 18th 0r 19th then it changed to the 25th. I was tired of getting the run around, so I had to go out of my way and waste my time to go to their office because they never call back!! They were confused and on the phone with the manufacture I could hear Dorothy talking on the phone. My order got messed up. The office appeared to be very disorganized; files and papers stacked all over. I am curious when they would have realized my order was messed up and when theyd actually call me to install them if I hadnt gone to their office! The staff gave off the vibe like they didnt even care. not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience that has cost me time and money. Very unprofessional experience I will not be going back when i remodel my bathrooms! when they install they leave all the boxes and trash plus its a dollar PER screw for the handles if you want them to install them

I didnt see the reviews here until after we contracted with Wholesale Cabinets. I am glad because we had a very good experience with our order. We already knew the style of cabinets we wanted and counter tops too. The ordering process was simple. We were told upfront it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the cabinets, that is the same time frame we got from Home Depot and we saved 75% when factoring in the installation costs. We were hooked up with granite counter tops at wholesale cost too.

I actually really like their cabinets, thought they were fairly priced. However the man who was helping me was extremely rude and condescending, and asked how I was going to pay for the cabinets. Inquiring if I could afford his products. I made an appointment at 10 am, the guy never show up until 10:30 am. With their customer service I am surprise they are still in business.

Well, my experience was great! The design consultations went well and were very clear. The cabinet finish was just right for our office kitchen. Delivery was as promised; despite last minute changes on our part. Installation crew was good and really appreciated that they could do installation on a Saturday. I would recommend this company.
