went in and talked with the tall gentleman there. had a brand new home for him to bid. sent the plan to him...got nothing. called him... nothing. emailed him.... nothing. went to their shop and a sign on the door said call to make an appointment... a $10,000 plus project just went to another company.

Horrible, had a guy come out and take measurements for a cabinet set up we wanted in our basement about 4 weeks ago, told me hed get back to me within a week or so. Ive got no call, Ive tried calling 4 or 5 times left multiple messages and so has my wife no reply. Even emailed nothing back
