Bad experience from the start that just got worse. Initially wanted a barn wood kitchen as is shown in many current design magazines. Was told this was impractical in a fairly insulting way, but listened to the advice and chose another wood. I was very clear that I wanted to get the granite for the kitchen to just be on one slab to contain costs and cabinet plans were changed from what I originally wanted to allow for this to be the case. When the cabinets were delivered, there were several things that were different from how I thought they were being built. I needed to buy an entire extra slab of granite. I even had the cabinet maker and granite installer talk to each other personally to avoid these extra costs on my part for an additional slab of granite. Overall, disappointed at the poor communication at Canyon Craft Cabinets. They expect homeowners to be construction professionals and be able to read architectural drawings. If you cant do that, you wont get what you want. I recommend going somewhere else if remodeling your kitchen.

The cabinets are very well made and they look fantastic. They have every design and color or stain possible. The customer service that they do is very friendly and personable.
