We have a new build home in North Scottsdale. Marianne, our sales rep, was graciously flexible when making an appointment. When we met, I found her to be friendly while remaining "on task." Within a short amount of time, I had a quote for 3 different products and material grades. We compared AHDs pricing, product, and vendor reviews with two other recommended companies. Overall, we found AHD to be the best choice. Window treatments were installed on time and quickly by their friendly install expert. I was so grateful for the "how to operate window treatments for dummies" instruction that he provided. After the install, we stood back and were so happy with the suggested color choices and fabrics that Marianne had made. They were a perfect match room to room.

Altra Home Decor is awesome, and especially Marianne. We had numerous shades installed in our home some manual and some motorized. Marianne was so patient and hooked us up with Hunter Douglas technical department to work how to control the motorized shades with a lighting system and pre-wiring we already had. We tried 2 other dealers and neither of them would take the time to help us. We tried a brand new product that works but has a few small glitches. Marianne would not allow it to not be perfect and has gone to bat to get us new shades with the new improved design. Everybody says they are customer oriented, Marianne has proved that she truly is. They were skillful, considerate, and polite. Their answer is always, yes to any extra home repair job.
