We were a little hesitant with all the bad reviews but ultimately decided to give them a try because of price and the style of cabinets they had available. I know many people said the customer service is horrible; however, we had the complete opposite experience with Todd. He went out of his way to show us scenarios and pricing for our cabinets. We weren’t sure if wanted bigger cabinets in one spot or put a shelf in the spot. He put a shelf in that spot for us to see and in our island he included a raised countertop so we could visually see the completed product. He also ran a couple cost scenarios for us by adding or removing certain products. At the very end he wasn’t pushy for us to purchase them right away and he told us about the restocking fee because he didn’t want us to have buyer’s remorse and have to go through that. He also explained the process if any of the cabinets came damaged or if we wanted to return one later. Finally, he gave us some contact information for some local business to buy countertops and simple things like the pull out spice system. Our cabinets are still 3 weeks away but we are in no rush so if they come late we will still be very satisfied with them.

Zero. Order was going on a month late. They thought it would be best to keep me in the dark and ignore my emails and requests for call backs. They always had the same lame excuse, "they are on the manifest". I heard that for 3 weeks. Spoke with Norm, expressed my frustration towards my order. Norm, without hesitation, expressed his anger with me, explaining I was making him mad for trying to figure out where my order was. He kept reiterating that the cabinets were not late because there was no promise when I ordered them...but in the same sentence would explain how they were past due and they have no communication with their warehouse. Norm and Kesha were both very short and condescending when on the phone. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I demanded my order be cancelled and my money returned after such a long wait with no end in sight, and they were more than happy to not have to deal with me again. Please go anywhere else. My cabinets from Ikea are wonderful and they are awesome to work with. I would hate to deal with these guys again if you had an issue with your cabinets.

Love the way the cabinets came out but the service could have been better. We were told that we had to order the cabinets by a certain date to recieve the sale price but never heard back from the company. We ended up calling them back and getting our design squared away but some of the cabinets were not what we had discussed with the manager. Then, the sale price stayed visible on their website for another few weeks. The manager was demeaning while we were loading our cabinets up and was less than friendly. The handles were different from what we had picked out and we didnt recieve all of the handles that were needed for the drawers. One cabinet had two of the same sides instead of opposite sides. We cut our losses, drilling new holes for it to fit together so that we didnt have to call the company back. I would order from Cabinets to Go again but I would not go back to this store.

We purchased kitchen cabinets for a new space. We also used an installer that was on their referral list. A few months later the cabinet fell off the wall. We lost the majority of our dishes and glass ware. It appeared that the cabinet was not secured enough into the studs. We were very upset, our contractor called the store, and they came to see what happened. It was decided that the problem was the screws that came with the cabinet. When they came to install a new cabinet , the cabinet arrived with the same screws as before. Luckily the installer chose to use better screws, and secure more into the studs. When we asked about our dishes, we were told it was our fault for putting to many dishes in the 36 inch cabinet. We will never purchase from them again. They clearly do not understand customer satisfaction or the importance of integrity.

ZERO STARS.(YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED) Never received our order, we cancelled after a month of the same lame excuses. Norm told us we would receive a full refund, he shorted our refund by $200. Norm said we had to pay a restocking fee, we never received the cabinets how can we be charged a restocking fee? We were kept in the dark on the whole process, Norm & Kesha ignored my emails & no one would ever call back. They have the worst customer service, nobody knows what is going on with any of the orders. The warehouse does not communicate with the office, nobody can give you a straight answer on when your product will arrive. How does a company like this stay in business?

We went to Cabinets To Go on 300 West this afternoon, the salesman absolutely went out of his way to show us he was NOT interested in helping us or answering any of our questions. I have no idea how this store stays open - we will never bother going back again!

I have used cabinets to go many times. I started ordering from Colorado because it was the closest to my home. I havent ordered from the new salt lake store yet since they are now local. Hopefully for this next purchase they areas good as Colorado

Nice showroom smart friendly employees. The bad part is the cabinets are made in China and have to be assembled. And they turned out to be a little bit more expensive then having a local cabinet shop build and install the cabinets.
