I travel to AZ on business each month and found Ryan at The Waverly Salon on a very bad hair day. She is amazing; very skilled, willing to listen to what you want and make recommendations, amazing personality and a true artist. The salon is reasonable, friendly and a great environment. Now, The Waverly and Ryan have my business despite the fact that I dont even live here!

I wanted her to fix my lob that i was growing out but instead she cut me basically another lob that was shorter WITH layers making it even more difficult for me to style. the opposite of what i wanted. And when i told her it wasnt what i wanted she was like "ohhh no its fine youll see when you naturally dry it". Guess what, naturally dry was worse.

They have all been excellent stylists who listen well, and execute with precision. Very well-managed, professional salon. It is impeccably clean and smells like heaven! I am a lifelong customer.
