Customer service is really good, I go in there regularly and there has only been one time where I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help. Employees are really nice, my only issue with this store is the actual stock itself and thats why Im giving 3 stars instead of five. I have gone in there every day they restock for the last month and a half looking for a certain palette and I visit days after too just to make sure and they are always out of stock for multiple things. To the point where Im not even sure they are ordering or receiving them because I call when they open on the day they restock, go in an hour later, and call again later that night so it is not like they are selling out fast. Chocolate bar palettes, tartelette palettes and others are never in stock. Many other products are always out of stock too and I am constantly revisiting because it is close to my work and I do not want to drive far or order online. My other issue is that they still have the ABH master palette by mario on display when it was limited edition and will not be sold anymore. I planned on passing on this palette but after seeing it in store about a month ago i decided I wanted it. I messaged ABH and they responded saying they were no longer producing them or sending them out. Over a month later and it is still on display but not able to be sold. Very disappointed because I had seen the display and gotten my hopes up that they were still out. Again, employees are nice but if you have to drive here I would call and make sure your items are in stock because most of the shelves are lacking.

The worst experience ever. I walked in the store, the door was open, and the cashier said they were closing in one minute. I already knew what I needed. I walked over to get primer, and another girl came up and I asked her to tell me where the primer under $30. was. She replied with were closing in one minute. I advised that wasnt what I asked. I found some primer, she then mumbled something a bout a lady running off with a bunch of testers so theyre just trying to close, the she quickly tried to sell me more expensive primer..."Our best line". I didnt care, then on my way to check out she told me I needed to hurry up so they could close. As I went outside a respectable looking woman was asking for a manager. I heard her say why didnt you check my bag if you thought I took something. She pointed to a security guard and stated this guy says I cant come in the store anymore. Listen up...you have whack jobs working there..very rude ones at that. If your closed lock the door. Ill be returning the primer, and will not shop that store again. Just out of line.

The store itself is great - bright, clean, airy, not smelly (like no random or product odors, so thats great! No walking in & gasping for air, as the perfume closes your throat, nope, none of that!!!), plenty of walking/browsing room in the aisles........just all around greatness, much like other Ulta locations! For the last few months, mom & I have been getting our hair cut, at the in-store salon. The salon is Redken, cuts hair, styles, dyes - average & fancy "rainbow mermaid" dyes too; they have at least 2 estheticians & nail artists, as well as hair removal options, from all over the body *wink wink*. Ive only done the haircut & its $37, which for the odd way I like my hair cut, is fantastic!!! My stylist LISTENS, UNDERSTANDS, & ACTUALLY DOES what I say, how I like my hair. You get nice cold water & sit in comfy chairs, while they take their time, doing your hair, juuuuust riiiiiggghhhtt!!!! I love this Ulta especially, because of my stylist: Frankie! Oh one more bonus!! Famous Footwears WiFi wafts over to Ulta, lol

I had the worst experience at this store a couple of days ago. I went there with intention to buy a particular eyeshadow and they were out. three girls were standing at the register while I was looking there for over 20 minutes no one came to help. After trying different one I asked one of the ladies that was cleaning to help me find the eye shadow that I liked she said she did not have time but someone will come and get me. Later someone came to help me she couldnt find a shadow and told me she doesnt have time to help right now because they may be people stealing in the store and it was the worst time for me to be shopping right now and tbey did not have any staff to watch over. She refused to help and just left as I was standing there and listening to her, another one was cleaning the store and the other one was at the register. was the worst customer service ever. I will never go back here again...i will drive way further and get the help i need. Bad bad bad...

I really like the selection at Ulta, but their customer service has been terrible the times I have visited. Recently I went in hoping to buy a full line of make-up. I needed help color matching, when someone finally came to ask me if I needed help and I said yes, she said OK, let me finish up with the client I am working with and I will help you. I saw her finish which that customer and move on to many others. I waited 10 minutes and looked around the store for someone else and no one was there to help. Another time I went to ask about cleansers and the lady had very little knowledge of their products. Im not sure if it is just this Ulta store but I will not be using this store again. It is a shame because it is near my home but I will be driving to find a place with better customer service.

Went in today looking for a new foundation at the foundation Im using is not working for me anymore. I dont like heavy foundations, and when asked if help I gladly accepted. This lovely lady escorted me over to the Clinque section where she applied several different products for my dry skin, and then a Clinique foundation. It was too heavy for me so she gently removed it, and put on their BB cream which I instantly fell in love with. She managed to help two other ladies while helping me, but I never felt that the customer service was lacking. I bought a moisturizer and the BB cream, and Im extremely happy with my purchase.

Huge selections to choose from. Some pricy and some great finds. If youre looking for any type of makeup, Im sure youll find it here. Its very huge inside. Also bright lights to give you the perfect setting when trying to see what best fits you. As for employees, its a 50/50 flip. 1st of the 50 is nice and warm welcomers. And the others make faces and have judgmental vibes. Basically to avoid that, come with your best face or they take it as you dont know anything.

Worst customer service EVER! Customers waiting in line for extended periods of time are ignored. Theyll take someone in the back of the line before you, and then when you question it they say "well it was just one person". As if thats okay. You ask for a manager and thats ignored as well. Im approaching 8 minutes waiting for a manager. Still no manager present. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD IN THIS STORE.
