I LOVE TONI&GUY The other salon was that I was going to sold salon products and of course I invested in those products. Of course I bought every product that my stylist recommended. They just added another product to the conditioner for me to use with the conditioner after I was unhappy with my current conditioner. So when it was time to wash my hair again and I went to condition my hair, I put the 2 products together and they created a big tangled mess on the top of my head. I did not panic at first. I thought, what is happening. Wait a minute, this cant be happening. I cant possibly have a big knot on the top of my head? Wait! Maybe I do! So I started pulling at the knot and got the knot to pull down to right above the bottom, or nape, of my neck. Then it came to a sickening halt. If I lose this much hair, I would lose so much. Could I possibly deal with that? I probably would not have many other options. My new stylist, TEAL, @ TONI&GUY Hair Salon is a miracle worker and is gifted about knowing about hair. I will follow her wherever she goes for life! Long story short, Teal was able to get about 2 to 3 more inches out of what turned into a dread lock of my hair, which was amazing. I ended up leaving the salon smiling with a brand new sassy, sexy modern bob with hair touching my neckline. No where near what I thought I would end up with, which is bald and needing a wig! TEAL you ROCK! If you go see TEAL @ TONI&GUY - Tell them that PAMELA sent you to TEAL to get a special DISCOUNT! ;-)

I have been coming to Toni&Guy for a couple years now. It took me forever to find a perfect hairstylist. I went from salon to salon until one day I decided to come go Toni to get my hair cut. Ivonne was my hairstylist that day and she cut my hair perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I am particular as to how I want my hair cut. She did exactly what I asked for. Before she cut my hair she took the time to understand what it was that I wanted. Not only does she cut hair perfectly, she will actually have a conversation with you! Most hairstylists do not but she is simply amazing! If you are looking for someone who will cut your hair exactly how you want it come here and ask for Ivonne. Trust me, you wont regret it. She is my favorite and she will also become your favorite, too. You can thank me later.

Do not go there if you love your hair. Monica destroyed my hair with the worst haircut I have ever had. From wanting a bob to an inch of hair. She fd up my hair that bad that I walked out with an inch of hair in the back all the way up. I was in tears and Im still in tears as I write this. What makes this even worse I still had to pay for it and the manager didnt apologize once. My husband called them and raised hell ans they said the owner will call me. Never heard back. The damage is done and it will take months and months to grow out this mess. I hope you read this review before you go and its to late. I was recommended to Tony and Guy and for the first time I called and made a appointment, the person who answered the phone asked if I wanted to make my appointment for Scottsdale or arrowhead. I made myself clear it was arrowhead in Glendale. I arrived to the location 30 mi utes early only to find out my appointment was made for Scottsdale. I asked to speak to the manager, shortly after being on hold someone answered and kept saying we are going through remodeling and during the construction phones are not working properly. He didnt care to fix my problem instead kept telling me about their problem. Towards the end I found out he was the owner.. save ur money and go somewhere else, this place cant even make appointments dont trust them with ur hair...

The more I think about it the more upset I am. I spent over $200 at this location today on a homeless teenager to help her get on her feet with a job. Her hairline, temples and forehead are now AUBURN. Ok sure, she is a kid but I have dark brown hair and if this had been for me and I had business to do afterwards it would be a awkward experience to continue my day in public that way. The colorist response "it will go away in a few days". I spent a considerable amount of money for this process and it was just done so clumsily and carelessly as if I was intruding on Tony and Guys day with this request.

I have been going to Toni & Guy Glendale for the better part of the last five years. Ivonne has been cutting my hair for the last two years. Ivonne is professional and REALLY knows what she is doing. Ivonne is creative and gives expert advice about the style you might be considering. For guys one of the most important things is consistency in haircut style. Ivonne can be counted on to deliver a cutting edge style all of you friends and coworkers will be jealous of and immediately wanting to get. Forget about the price...this is how you look and something you use every day.

I had Mikayla do my highlights and she was great! However, I had to wait 40 minutes with dripping wet hair for Mark to finish with another client. He did come over, but told me it would be 20 minutes...not 40. In total I spent 4 1/2 hours there getting a partial highlight & a trim. I used a living social deal that paid for everything, but their receptionist wanted me to pay more. Mikayla was great, but the rest of them in there seriously lacked customer service unless you were one of their friends.

Terrible experience. Ive been a customer for over three years and in the past year, they have not kept appointments, called me last minute to tell me they are running 45 minutes late, after I already drove one half hour to get there. Mark has consistently kept me waiting after a hair color. One time 45 minutes. Chanel has always kept her color appointments and does a wonderful job. DO NOT GO TO MARK for a haircut!!!!!! Poor management at this location.. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

This location is so frustrating! I scheduled a perm awhile back and the day of the appointment I received a phone call stating that the stylist quit. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment. After the consultation and the confirmed appointment I had made over the phone, the stylist said that no one was available after all. There is nothing more frustrating than being lied to! I do not recommend going to this location.

I am never ever EVER disappointed with my experience here! Micheal is a hair guru and knows exactly how to work with how your hair textured and how it behaves. He has taught me so much about my own hair that I never even knew! I wont go anywhere else. Ive also recently had my hair colored by Sonia and I couldnt be happier. I always continue getting compliments on my hair style (and now color) weeks after the appointment.
