Very poor customer service, the manager talks down to customers when they have complaints or concerns. We are the customers who keep this business going and without us there would be no salon Eclectic. Yesterday my Daughter and drove 1.5 hours to get to this salon for our hair because of the review and because we have been here a few time before and had good experiences. But if you are a little late for your appointment because of an unexpected accident on the freeway, boy do they change their tune and I saw it yesterday. Treasure was supposed to tone my hair along with my Daughter while extensions are in it, the person who made the appointment knew we had extensions and continued to make the appointment saying we didnt have do do one thing to our hair in preparation for this service. Didnt say we need to take the extensions out or anything. WE got there and was told by Treasure who HAS TONED MY EXTENSIONS before when they were NOT from this salons nor installed by this salon and never had an issue and never said anything about it to me before. But because I was 7 minutes late due to the accident, she was rude and refused to tone them saying they ONLY tone and color extensions that they install. WHAT A JOKE! WHAT A LIAR! Ive been there several times before and always has my extensions tones, so this was a first. After leaving I was infuriated because we drove 1.5 hours, my Daughter had to pay for a sitter for her twin girls,and we were left looking for a salon who could get the job done correctly. We found one that was professional, polite and did everything we needed! Salon Eclectic is a beautiful salon however the staff is horrible and in my opinion that makes up the quality of the business. WILL NEVER RETURN and I have filed a report with BBB based on this.

This place was the best place weve ever gone to until today when my Mother and I went to get our hair toned. Days ago, we set appointments with treasure to have our hair along with our extensions toned so the brassy color would go away. When making this appointment we specifically asked if our extensions needed to be taken out prior to the appointment. The women said no, that it was fine to leave them in and have everything toned or colored. So a week passed and we went to our appoiment which mind you we drive 1 hour and 30 min to get to because we thought the place was so good. When we get there, not onlt did we have to wait but after going back to get the service, Treasure then notifies us that its against policies to tone extensions done by anyone outside the salon. This would be fine, but why did they make our appointment and not let us know at the time of booking? Why waste our time and money like this? Please note that Treasure herself toned extensions of ours in the past that were purchased FROM sallys. So it just didnt make sense. We left very upset, and will not be returning We found another salon that not only got us in but let us know that there shouldnt have been any brassy tones to our hair because we never got services to cause the Brasiness. So turns out this salon or Treasure did not know what they were doing to begin with. Will not be returning!

This salon, the owner, & staff are absolutely incredible. I had an intense schedule during nursing school and was trying to get in on the most impossible days and I would personally message the owner Kahley McFadden and she would go OUT OF HER WAY for me and try to book me so it worked out with MY schedule. Im not kidding you, this women is superwomen. I would message her and hear back immediately from her. She makes you feel like a best friend and go above and beyond. I recently had to prepare for my graduation photos, my pinning ceremony for nursing, and my graduation and the ladies here made me look and feel absolutely stunning. My hair is the prettiest blonde I have ever had it and that is all thanks to the gorgeous and talented Melissa Sundt. I dont have enough space to write all the amazing things this style genius is - but she does serious magic to hair. There is no question why this salon is rated at such an exceptional level - they are simply amazing at what they do. Kahley gave me the most beautiful sun-kissed glow spray tan, I felt like I just got back from vacation and Melissa gave me the exact hair color I wanted - that NEVER happens for picky blondes. I would recommend their services. You will never go anywhere else once you go to Salon Eclectic. I promise you.

From the minute i pulled into the parking space to go into Salon Eclectic for the very first time and saw how well it stood out- i knew once i opened the door to go in, I was gonna be in trouble and WANT to buy and DO everything!!I was greeted right away with smiles:), The client seating and boutique area is so fab:) take a look around and youre sure to find something amazing for yourself or a gift!.. This visit, I was there for the amazing Custom Spray Tans that i had heard so much about. Kahley was who I had made the appointment with and I was comfortable with her right after meeting her. The salon is super CLEAN. The private room where you get your spray tan was also very clean and she explained the whole process step- by - step and answered all of my questions before I even had to ask. 15 min later......Wa-la!! Spray Tan was the perfect color ( and not sticky!!!) I was sent on my way with any small tips for home and after care to make the tan last and look its best. ... by far the best experience and my tan really did last! When it did start to fade about 2 weeks in, it came off nicely and you didnt see blotchy skin tone , unevenness . Cant wait to go back and see her again for another tan! anddddddd for many other things they offer !

This Salon is by far the BEST Salon I have been to! The environment is amazing and has a positive good feeling right when I walk in the door! The Boutique is stunning and has the cutest and stylish clothes, purses, wallets, and jewelery!!! They have a Bling Bar where you can get anything you want blinged out in gorgeous crystals! I had two of my favorite makeup brushes blinged out on the upper handle part and I cannot wait for my Starbucks Coffee Traveler Cup to be blinged out soon! Kahley is amazing at the Air Brush Spray Tan and she customized my tan to a beautiful sun kissed bronzed look that was very natural, since I have a very fair complexion. She was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable during the entire service. I highly recommend this Salon for hair services as well. I had a Brazilian Blowout done and my hair is strong and healthy again it feels amazing! Everyone at Salon Eclectic is super nice and genuine! The Salon is kid friendly! My husband & daughter love getting their haircuts done here by any of the girls. If you are looking for a great feel good Salon environment where you can get you Hair, Makeup, Air Brush Tanning, Shopping, and Bling on well this is the perfect place to be!
