Loved it! I went on my lunch break and they were not too busy to do a mani/pedi for me. They even gave me the option if I wanted at the same time or separately. Ben took very good care me, he paid special attention to my cuticles which means a lot to me, b/c mine are so bad "normally"- now they look great, and he did a great job with the paint, getting all the sides and the nail beds with out me even asking him to. I love the special technique they use for callous removing on my feet and for "soaking" my nails for the mani. The pricing was very competitive for what Im used to, which was about 20 for pedi and 10 for mani. They were very sweet and very welcome, and I have tried many shops all over the phoenix area, and I think after living here my whole life, I have finally found the shop for me. One that pays attention to my concerns and does a wonderful job without taking forever or rushing me out the door! Thanks Bill and Ben, youre the best! Liz

I had a mani/pedi done and I didnt get his name, but Im fairly positive hes the owner because he was asking about how I had heard about them/what the reviews said/ etc. Both the manicure and the pedicure are very sloppy. It was glopped on my nails and not cleaned up very well. He was rushing through it, even though it was just my friend and I in the salon at the time. 4 days later, my manicure is already chipping and I got the gel nails. I expected those to last about 2 weeks. I asked for one of my nails to have glitter on it and it has all these other colors of glitter mixed in with it because Im assuming they arent washing the brushes properly. This place is much cheaper than some of the places in the surrounding area, but spend the money and go elsewhere.

The first time I went was about a year ago and I thought it was the best pedicure I had ever had, so when I came back in town I made it a point to go back. The Pedicure was good, but not awesome. My feet actually got burned with the wax. I asked her to wait just a second to cool it down just a bit and she just dumped half the bag out and still put it on my feet while it was burning hot. My complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The used a metal grater on my feet and only brushed it off with water and a brush, the utensils were quickly placed in the disinfectant (bluish water stuff) and quickly wiped off. Even the sink where you wash your hands was filthy. After seeing this I would not go back no matter how good the pedicure was.

I moved to the city a few months ago and had been trying to find a good nail salon. I randomly chose Bella Nails and it has now become the only nail salon I go to. I have had my nails done by every employee there and they are all equally great. They all take their time and do the job carefully and nice. Unlike other places that just try to rush you out and give you cheap service, these people actually put effort into their work. I once asked for a flower on my toe nail and was expecting a simple little flower. I was surprised to see that the lady made a beautiful colorful flower design with rhinestones and did not even charge extra for it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! WISH I COULD RATE THIS NEGATIVE STARS. Expensive and TORTURE. They argued with me and did nothing that i wanted them to do. NEVER GO THERE! Bella Nails and Spa? More like BEAT ME UP NAILS AND SPA. Never Ever Ever going back and they over charged! They took forever to finish and take me in even though it was empty. Take your money and go somewhere else. I promise you will be disappointed if you go.

They never empty voicemail box!!!!!! Their website does not list hours for each day they are open. They also dont listen when I say Very Very Square and Dont File Sides as my real nails grow wide what is left of them. Also, they do not clean under your nails like other salons. I have a Gift Certificate so I unfortunately have to go back!!!!! They should listen to their customers!!!

Just got a gel manicure & Im completely disappointed. it is sloppy, the man was rushed although no one was in the store waiting for service. the color is gloped on over the cuticles. I was quoted one price over the phone & charged $10.00 more after. I should have looked at the menu before sitting in the chair.

THE WORST PLACE IN TEMPE. They do not care about quality rather they want to get in as many people as possible and quickly finish the job. They are very rude and do not care if they hurt your nails. Waste of money and time. Would not recommend.

Staff is very friendly and fun. Did an excellent job and took their time. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. I wish you could see where they sterilize instruments and know that they are using freshly sterilized instruments on you.

They have 5 different kinds of pedicures and all with great prices, mine was 28. They take their time and they dont sit there and ignore you or talk you ear off. They do a wonderful job and they dont take up all of your day.

Best deal in scottsdale! Hidden gem, I will never go anywhere else. Hot stone massage is standard with pedicure!!! I would have paid $19(total cost of my pedicure) just for the foot/calf massage!
