The location is kind of hard to notice and it is handicap accessible but the door sticks so youll need assistance. Also, the parking lot only has one handicap and its only van accessible on the right side. The left side is a curb. The dining room was clean and the condiments and drink station was fully stocked. The cashier was rude. I wasnt greeted when I arrived because she was chatting with another employee about a boy.. (seriously?!) The soda fountain is not set up right. Cola and Pibb tasted watered down and barely any fizz. (My restaurant pet peeve) The chips were not salted. The green chile beef Mexican pizza was ridiculous. How do I eat this?! Its too soggy to pick up like a pizza. They cut it like a pizza so I assumed i shouldve been able to eat it like a pizza. Also, the green chile beef has no flavor! Im not asking for it to be spicy but can I at least get some flavor?! The quesadilla with green chile strips made me ask again "How do I eat this?" Its literally giant strips hanging out all over the quesadilla. Why? Ugh. The bathrooms were clean but the dining area is so packed with tables, good luck squeezing your way around people and chairs to get to the bathroom! Summary: clean location, crappy sodas, confusing food. If handicapped- youll need assistance.

My mother used to work in someburros so my opinion may be a little biased but this place is amazing. You have a choice from low to medium menu prices and no matter what you order, you get delicious quality in every bite. I usually order the pollo fundido, one of my favorites. Even though I would not call it traditional Mexican I also wouldnt put it on the fast food level of del taco or taco bell. There is still a sense of authenticity and eating at the restaurant you feel like it is actually a place where you can feel comfortable with your family. I recommend this place to anyone who wants food that is not to greasy and wants quality for a good price.

How can a restaurant get your order wrong EVERY time. They constantly forget stuff. They do it so much they have a book. Its almost like they do it on purpose because they think you wont come back for you chips or you taco. I pay extra $5 for chips and salsa, and they forget. They put a card inside the bag saying to your orders been checked and to call a manager with problems. I did, they forgot my chips and Pico. I get there and Michelle says "heres your chips sir" with attitude and slams the window in my face. Theyre close, theyre a local business, they hire kids, the food is pretty good, but Im done with them.

I found this place threw my co worker. So went to try it out after a long day of work for them to tell me they couldnt charge or add or substitute lettuce on a fundido plate for me so i order a beef burrito with cheese beans and rice for my husband instead and got home and no beef in there but charged me 6 for it. I call and told then about it and the service guy told me he placed the order and told me 4 dollars a piece so i tell him no yall charge me six and read off my order ans how much he charged me. Up setting that half my food was rite and half wasnt. I order 2 burrito and 3 fundido. Smh.

I use to go to Someburros many years ago and enjoyed it back then.....Today I stopped in for lunch and was disappointed in more than one way. It was tasteless. Dont ask me how one can make Mexican food taste bland but they did it! Second the person having lunch with me ordered a Margarita but then found out it was frozen and didnt have the option to order it on the rock. I was told they couldnt take it off the bill because it was already rang up, even though they hadnt poured it yet. Nice! Bad customer service. She was also rushing us to order and it wasnt busy. Bad experience all together!

I went by there during my lunch hour.. and I saw that they had a drive through and I was like sweet.. Close to work.. So I roll up to the window and a woman comes over and I asked if they sold breakfast burritos.. She replied with yes but you need to call in your order and we are "busy" right now... she offered me a menu and I said she could keep it... THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN TURNED AWAY FROM A BUSINESS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.. I was in shock but thats alright.. I Guess that is one place I will never try.

Its mexican, but its cheese and sour cream mexican. Out of towners are sure to love this place, and if i need a "bertos" style fix, this is a small step above. (cept for filbertos on guad and mcc, that place can do no wrong). their stock salsa, which you get in a ketcup dispenser is actually really good, a little spicy too! Take away from it what you will. Its a Someburros!, a chain and while this one does well, i will not speak to other ones.

Their food may be okay but their service is horrible I called today they put me on hold for 5 minutes when they came back on the line I said I would like to place a pick-up order please and the lady says oh were closed today or only doing catering orders. So why didnt she tell me that when I first called why Place someone on hold just tell him that youre closed horrible horrible service

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because of the food. It was good. The service was HORRENDOUS. Called in a 12 person order for a work function. Was told 20 mins. I showed up in 25. They never put the order in. Then when I asked how long it would now take, they said 10 minutes. Took THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. dont go here if youre going to expect good and fast service. Will not return.

This place rocks! Ive been going here for over 20 years and the quality of the food is as good now as it was then. Great value on the kids meals. Always fresh, thin chips. Great hot sauce! If you like things really spicy then its not for you but if you want some Mexican food that is quick, fresh and good then this is the place. Convenient drive-thru for call ahead, take out orders.

One of my favorite places for lunch while I am at work. I dont eat in the restaurant though. They have a little drive through window that is only for the "pre-orders" via phone or online so the line goes really fast. They also have happy hour, and txt program too so I get coupons usually for "the day of" food deals sent to my phone. I usually get the mini-chimis... yum

Ordered a machaca burro, kids bean and cheese burro meal and two taco combo. They forgot to give us the two tacos, so we got all the way home, and then had to head back for the remainder of our meal. I also thought the machaca burro was on the small side. The beef was tender and flavorful, but there was also a lot of water in it, so, a tad too wet.
