They have lost part of my clothes!!! First they promised to have it ready in 24 hours, they did not! After 48 hours I returned and they still did not have it and have no idea where it could be! It is among the most unprofessional things ever. They did not offer a solution or anything. I am overly upset! On top of that the clothes that they did have for me were stiff and smelled weird. I will never go there again. Will most certainly not recommend it. I am expecting to get some sort of retribution for my beautiful clothes they have lost!

Custmer service is excellent! Always remember you by name and courteous and respectful! Not all garments have been cleaned due to reasons behind anyones control, but hey, what can you do? Dont spill food on your short, problem solved.
