Ive been going to Wildcat laundry for about half a year now and Ive always loved the friendly staff that run the place and the owners. But lately, Ive become frustrated that the machine i like to use has been broken a lot recently, as well as multiple machines are out of service and out of date. Many have been sitting broken for months. The change machine is difficult to work and needs to be replaced with a more modern one. And a lot of times, theres not enough seating inside and later in the day you bake in the sun, in the summer, because the seats are in direct sunlight. There needs to be window shades. Honestly, i love the staff and owners!!! But Im seriously starting to think of finding a new laundromat.

I just went there for the first time. My laundry machines are broken at my house -- Was extremely disappointed with the service at this laundry mat. The old man who worked there explained I had to get my last load in by 9pm and I looked at my phone clock and it was 9:02pm.... not very good service so I left, he later chased me into the parking lot and explained that I had to "get outta there" by 10:30pm if I wanted to come back in. Just super weird vibes there and I will not return.

I took my clothes here during the grand reopening. Got to meet the new owner, who was providing food and free prizes to patrons. The brand new machines work great and were on sale for only fifty cents during the reopening weekend. I live just a few blocks away and will be bringing my clothes here from now on.

Are you kidding me! It has been 35+ years since I was in a laundromat. NOT only WiFi but clean work stations, new machines and the place was so clean it sparkled. I am not kidding. This was COMPLETELY unexpected and a VERY nice surprise for someone that hates having to go to these places.

Free Wi-Fi, a nice and neat place to stay for washing and drying my clothes. Air conditioning is pretty good.A Good location which is near U of A. Staffs are friendly.

Beware of these people! They do not really clean your clothes and they nickel and dime you for everything. Not to mention that they ruin your clothes.

Nice, clean laundromat. Nice machines, cheap. Went on a Friday morning and there was only two other people doing laundry. Great wifi!
