El lugar esta limpio y acojedor y hay las suficientes maquinas para atender a todo el publico, solo que yo tuve una mala experiencias con una cecadora que me rompio algunas piesas de ropa y dicha cecadora no estaba correctamente etiquetada como fuera de servicio ,sino que solo decia que no funcionaba el tragamonedas. Llame a una de las empleadas y le cambio la etiqueta a fuera de servicio ,aun asi mi calificacion es buena pues no pienso que por una mala experiencia este citio sea malo ,sino por lo que pude ver a muchas personas les gusta.

Ive known about this place since I was a kid. My mom used to bring me here when we had laundry to do at around 2 am in the morning (odd right?). But this was also before they did something wonderful... they expanded! Blockbuster moved out and they took over and its awesome! Most would think that washing your clothes there is expensive and it can be! But if you have about $10 to 12 bucks, then I guarantee that you can get your clothes, sheets, towels, and blankets done now that they have these huge 8-loader machines! They come in handy when you dont feel like separating your clothes (or if you have a huge amount of colors to wash and very little whites). The staff are awesome and the owners are very very cool! Its close to home, affordable, and quite convenient since they are opened 24 hours a day. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a chill place to wash clothes. Im telling you its worth it!

Today was my first time stepping foot into a Spin Zone location. After briefly speaking with the manager, Jesse Soza, he made sure my trip here was off to a wonderful start by listening to one simple request. I needed my comforter cleaned correctly and not destroyed like my last one (this happened at a different laundromat not affiliated with Spin Zone). Then, under Mr. Sozas leadership quickly came Krysta D. with a smile that matched her deliverance of such stellar hospitality! She basically did all of the work for me without hesitation. Clean facility. All appliances seemed to be working as they should. Please fix ALL of the malfunctioning change machines as they take bills only periodically! Was an observed inconvenience to several other customers. I will return as Krysta D. was the brightest part of my trip here. Thank you :)

Its a laundromat... Probably the best laundromat although. The washing machines accept accept cash and card. They have a machine to turn big bills into smaller dollars, and several change machines to smaller dollars into quarters. They have washing machines for loads ranging from a single load, all the way up to eight loads. If you dont want to wash your own laundry, theyll washnfold it for you. If youre a nerdy type, they have Google Fiber gigabit internet, and you can sign up for the RewardsCard(TM) service that will email you when your washing machine is almost done. If youre a family type, theres big tables for everyone to sit at, a separate room for kids to play in, arcade/vending machines, and an outdoor mulched area for the kids to run around. All around its p good.

I had to drive 25 min for this location but it was well worth it. I had to come at 1:30am on a Sunday in a mad rush and had to call ahead of time to ask a few clarifying questions. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and nice. When I arrived, although that driveway was a bit tricky, Austins lovely inclines, I instantly knew this was the place to be if in need of a laundromat. Clean, well lit, spacious, plethora of machines, wide range of tvs, good choices in the vending and beverage machines. I dont normally come to a laundromat so I am unable to speak to pricing. All the patrons that were there were aware but mainly kept to themselves. Well done SpinZone!

Not as nice as other locations. The woman at the desk told me this was the central location, so youd think that it would be the nicest. It in fact, is not. Their North Austin location is not only cleaner, the it has less machines that are out of order, the vending machines are stocked, and all the washer/dryers take the reward card. If you can, go to the other location. Im super thirsty, but their janky vending machine wont accept cards for the two things in it. There is no water fountain to be found. On the plus side, the machines that do take the card can be tracked online, which is nice.

We used SpinCycle once a week however our stuff kept going missing. Finally our daughters favorite toy was stolen right out of the dryer. Whether it was an employee or random person, I am now going to find a new laundromat. There are too many strange people walking in and out of that place and sketchy things going on around it. I cant even tell you how many strange people were lingering around there or fights happening. Not to mention their prices keep going up. Horrible experience.

Ive really enjoyed here. I had to do laundry, but since Im visiting the US, I had no idea how things work in such places. Ive visited a few other places, but it was very crowded, and I couldnt find anyone to help me. But here, that was not the case! Martha was extremely helpful, nice and polite. She helped me a lot, and did it with a very welcoming smile! I need to do another laundry in a few days, and Im definitely coming back here!! Thank you for the great service!

My favorite laundromat in South Austin. Its run very well, the staff is helpful and friendly. This place is really BIG! No matter what time of day or night I come, Ive never had a problem finding a vacant washer. The parking lot is big, they have outdoor seating with tables and its all gated in. Theres even a childrens room. Big screen TVs are everywhere and they have Google Fiber if you want to surf the internet.

Nothing special. Place is outdated and unkept. Bathrooms were clean and machines did the job. They overcharge you on drying your clothes. Attendant was decent. This place has a really small parking area that fills fast. They need more parking and they need to get rid of the homeless people that hang out. Could use some upgrading.. take your chances some where else.

I dont frequent laundromats regularly, but when the need arises this is definitely where I will go. Great location, awesome and spacious building. The lighting and flooring make for a pleasant and safe experience. More machines in different sizes than I can count. We never had to wait for a machine even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Will definitely be back!

Clean, not crowded, but the card to techarge to access the machines has an unsafe website. Actually, the website listed on the card machine isnt even correct. Furthermore, it advertises $2 bonus if "you enter the code" on the card charging machine. The website/app has no place to enter any kind of code. P.S. The cards to access the machines cost $1...

A little on the expensive side, but theyve got GIANT washers that will get your clothes done fast. If your other option is the same as mine (unreliable apartment complex laundry room), then its not a bad place. Be careful what you put in those giant washers though, the last time I was there two of my blankets came out with holes in them.

Place is Always clean. Laundrymat attendants always attentive and helpful. Lots of coin machines. Tons of washers/dryers in a variety of capacities. Some days they run specials on the machines. Free wifi. Clean restrooms. Arcade games. Snack machines. Kids play room. Outside seating under large beautiful oak tree. Many tables.
